But the Micro SD Card requires internet in order to format it. I guess Nintendo doesn't want any way for anyone to save their Dark Souls farming. …. If I were just more insane poetic justice would be Nintendo not being allowed to have Fire Insurance because that would be cheating. DeathscytheX 9,732 Report post Posted September 6, 2019 Interesting. I have one for mine and definitely cant imagine not having one. Now that I think of it, its because the switch didn't originally let you save to the memory card. You could download your games to it, but all the save files went to the switch internal memory.
