EVA-01 1,796 Report post Posted July 11, 2006 Okay...SO...For some reason today when I was using Rectangular Marquee Tool and everytime I cut something and then paste it, it leaves a blur boarder around the picture. Also when I go in about 500% the toold doesn't make regular rectangles. I tried figuring out a way to reset it, but no luck. So, anyone know a way to fix this problem or know a way to reset Photoshop CS? Examples are in the link... http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e304/xXThe_RebirthXx/DesktopPhotoshop.jpg
Akira13 1,036 Report post Posted July 12, 2006 Restarted your computer yet? That tends to solve a lot of annoying little software glitches.
Strider Hiryu 2,704 Report post Posted July 12, 2006 Well for one set your Feathered option under the rectangular marquee tool to zero. If it's set to anything but zero it leaves a blur around the area cut out. As for why it's not selecting in a rectangle is beyond me. I haven't met this problem yet with mine. EVA-01 1,796 Report post Posted July 12, 2006 I must have not realised that I accidentally put it on 1, because I never use that thing. After restarting my comp 3 times it finall started selecting pixels that I wanted. Thanks. Off Topic: BTW, Jigoku Shoujo is baddass Stider. >_>
