Sonic The Hedgehog Waitress Jungle Jiggy Pinball Smash Up Waitress is a rip off Diner Dash, Jungle Jiggy is a DDR game and the Sonic game looks like a complete Sonic game and not just a couple stages (I could be wrong tho). The "all time highest score" is just what it says, the highest score ever achieved on that particular game.
