Pchan 5,162 Report post Posted November 5, 2008 So I have Office 2000 on my work computer, and a client sent me a .xlsx file which I can't open for obvious reasons. Help needed with a download for link - in terms of what I need to download/ service packs or whatever that can MAYBE assist in opening the files? Dubird 6,815 Report post Posted November 5, 2008 You probally need the 2007 version of Office to open it. In which case, your client needs to save it down to a 2000 version. Quote Yesterday was the deadline for all complaints!

Dubird 6,815 Report post Posted November 6, 2008 I didn't think about Google Docs. I dont' remember if they can open the latest Office versions, but it's worth a shot and it's free. Quote Yesterday was the deadline for all complaints!
