Sledgstone 8,672 Report post Posted December 4, 2009 The parent company of the 50+ P&C grocery stores in the state of NY filed for bankruptcy for the third time in just a couple years. As it is, Pen Traffic has to sell all the P&C stores or close them by February of next year. x_x The latest on our local news says that TOPS supermarkets seem to be interested in buying the P&C stores... I think there are some TOPS near central NY, but I've never been to one, so I was wondering if anyone here has ever shopped at a TOPS store? Do they have good produce?
