It's a set of 4 movies/OVA's (not an actual series persay, http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2013-02-12/ghost-in-the-shell/arise-anime-details-outlined) I'm actually looking forward to it (about the only real thing I've been looking forward to in the anime world recently) since it's been dead on the GitS front since Solid State Society and a prequel will be nice considering everything about Motoko that we know comes from after she joined Section 9. Since it's Production I.G. I'm pretty sure it'll be good (unless they go the same route they did with Blood-C, which was disappointing when you compare it to the Blood movie and Blood+).

Apparently there is going to be a prequel series to GitS. Looks pretty good. I loved Stand Alone Complex, hopefully this will be just as good. Info on it from: Kotaku

That is some bullshit right there. One company should not own half the media in the country. Seeing as comcast is a cable provider as well as content provider this screams monopoly to me.

How frustrating is it to know the biggest threats to "The Free World" come from Third World Countries? If North Korea could ever launch one of those at the US then they be in a world of hurt that we'd ultimately regret. Better yet China should just go nuts & claim North Korea as their own via force & leave us out of it.

I'm watching a Xena episode right now. I did re-watch Transformers 3 because I saw it on netflix and figured maybe if I watched it in HD it would be a better movie. It wasn't.
