its nothing special that schools are reopened and ppl are having parties though. its only businesses that suffer bc of fines and restrictions that are placed on them. for the rest of ppl, they could careless. i know this bc a local news report about a party goer or two getting killed from drive by shootings with hundreds of attendees without any eyewitnesses and not bc of covid. its been like that even before the lockdown and almost everyweek it never fails something goes wrong during those dumbass parties like this recent one where two numbnuts fall from 4 story balcony while partying/drinking their asses off. and cops dont stop ppl from having parties even during lockdowns, at least not here anyway. and kids here have a choice to stay home and study online or go back to school for a couple months now and houston actually have been getting lowest covid cases since it started. also not too long ago texas gov tried to limit the voting booth per county (blaming it on covid but in reality he was trying to discourage poor ppl with commute difficulties from voting) so he had been criticized for trying to rig the election.
for the news exposure, i watch one of those one hour long nbc's dateline when i come from work. and the rest on youtube and yahoo articles. not everyday though, hells kitchen is free on roku tv so right now i been watching that lol. so when my coworker told me about a possible riot, a foreign news source thats mostly neutral, it was news to me that i havent heard of. if republicans are pissed off about the election result, they arent going after petty retail stores for cheap thrill of looting, theyll probably go after officials and govt properties so id be in less danger if i wanted to go shopping after the election day..i did all my shopping today just incase lol. and when i was writing that post last night about agenda, nbc's headline was like "88,000 new covid cases in ONE DAY in 25+ states!!" and showing empty hospital beds all over again, i was like alright thats enough news for today. whats contradicting with news and reality is that i have customers who are ailing (cancer and other diseases) and i ask them lots of times about hospital capicity when they mention about their health and their hospital visits and they are like, oh i didnt even wait that long, hospitals are usually empty..this was when houston was suppose to have high covid resurge. im not just going to blindly accept crap like, holy shit 100,000,000,000 ppl got covid and body bags everywhere (and insert images of italian covid patients..which they got caught and aplogized for)!!
and what turned me off completely from biden is his last prez debat with trump. i mean he got obliterated when trump asked him to answer "who built the cages?" biden's answer was "we made a mistake." for crying out loud, 50 years of political career and 8 years in obama administration and that's his answer? then biden turns around and says he'll fix 4 years of trump's mishandling. im sorry but using biden's own logic, trump should get re-elected so he can fix his mistakes too, thats only fair. and bipartisan bickering will never go away unless you turn off from news completely. i only watch it to see whats going on, and most of time i tune out when two politicians argue about whos better at lying. if anyone but biden, id root for them so trump goes away too, but biden is a such weak candidate to begin with. at least i know what trump would do, even if its reckless. but biden? hell even obama tried to talk him out of it of uncertainty saying, biden, you dont have to do this." thats just big yikes.

“They've had early voting here for a while now but they've been swamped so I haven't voted yet. I have election day off so I'll go that morning.“
ps im not saying who you should vote for, both of them can drop dead for all i care. i re-read my post and it kinda sounded that way. i didnt vote but i prefer trump to win over biden since theres not much left in biden imo. and i hope you dont have to wait long to vote on the election day.
