I damaged my ulnar nerve in both my elbows. Random numbness in my fingers at night and tingling numbness during the day. Its been 2 weeks since it's started to improve. Could take up to 6 months to fully heal. X_x

According to my doctor its because I type all day for work. I had to much pressure on my elbows from my office chair. I can't use arm rests anymore and I had to change my sitting posture. x_x One day I woke up and my left arm was completely limp. I could pick it up and drop it like dead weight with my other hand. Scared the crap out of me. x_x I kept rubbing the arm and it eventually did full pins and needles feelings and then intense pain. wtf. Since then I had the same thing happen to b...

both my hands a couple times and my pinky and ring fingers even more. Its been 8 days since my last full numbness episode. My left hand still has some partial numbness.
