Knob Creek is a powerful whiskey.. I did a couple shots of it and it really caught me by surprise. I suppose I should treat it like a sipping whiskey.

Thats a premium category meant to be used with sophistication... until you get to bookers where you enjoy a delightfully luscious taste ending with a Chuck Norris round house kick to the sinuses!

I don't really sip whiskey, so I started doing small 1/5 to 1/4 shots here and there and it became quite enjoyable.
