    I'm watching a Xena episode right now. I did re-watch Transformers 3 because I saw it on netflix and figured maybe if I watched it in HD it would be a better movie. It wasn't.

    A Portal movie could work, but I don't know how considering there is only one character. Unless they do a movie as a prequel to the first game. It could be a movie showing what happened to all the scientists once the computer AI took over and killed everyone. Half-Life will be an awesome movie. Once headcrabs start taking over people it could turn into a full horror movie.

    Polygon is reporting that J. J. Abrams and Valve are beginning work on movie adaptions of the popular games Half-Life and Portal. Both of these games have huge followings and with everything else on J.J. Abrams' plate (Star Trek, Star Wars), lets hope he does these games justice in the theater. Click here to view the article

    First it was FEMA camps and now Drones can kill US citizens. btw, Hancock Field Air National Guard Base in Syracuse does a lot of Drone training missions. I remember reading something about how they would fly drones around the central NY area and some of the details about it. Such as the pilots were not allowed to have their vehicles lock onto or observe citizens and that their training targets would always be military style vehicles with camouflage paint. Of course I can't find any information on that now.     Boba Fett movie! And a Han Solo movie based on one of the few novels I have never read. I'll have to see about picking the novel up now.

    That reminds me of an episode of Kitchen Nightmares where this woman had a trademark on the word "Hon" for her restaurant. And every time she saw the word in newspapers, on signs or on ads she would sue everyone. If she saw a sign like: "Come on in and grab a seat hon' we have hot food inside" She would walk right in and sue the person. wtf. http://blog.legalzoom.com/intellectual-property/the-trademark-battle-of-the-hon/ It sucks about this "Space Marine" lawsuit. I looked at starcraft's website and I noticed the call them "Marines" on there. I wonder if there is a website to check for all existing word trademarks, because if not I don't see how any self publishing author will ever know if they are going to infringe on someone's trademark. Amazon obviously owns their name, but if someone made a story referencing the amazon forest I doubt Amazon would sue them. Maybe this company is considering the use of "Space Marine" as a kind of published fanfiction in which they could have a claim on their hands, but if the story has nothing to do with their property then I don't see any justification in the lawsuit. Its not like Space Marine is a unique word combo. If someone was using the word "Gundam" tho, then that would be pretty hard to brush off as coincidence.

    I'd like to see an awesome Superman vs all bad guys in the DC universe movie. He would finally snap at some point and go full power just to finish the massive fight. This is actually the same issue with the Superman vs. The Elite. During the entire movie you expect them all to start fighting only to realize that there is no actual tensions or reasons for them to fight each other until the last 15 mins of the movie.

With a setup like this tho, I could see youtube possibly bundling channels together for a monthly price like a cable provider does. Also, if you youtube gets access to a variety of movies and television series, I could see them turning youtube into a kind of netflix service along with their existing user uploaded content.

    Wow. That would really suck. You'd think if it was that close the creator would convince a friend or someone to donate $5 at the last minute. Then again maybe it was too close to the deadline for the person to know how much was needed until it was too late.

    If they start pumping out new Star Wars movies and series, then yeah, we'll probably open up a Star Wars forum. Two movies that would be truly awesome would be Luke Skywalker and the Shadows of Mindor http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Luke_Skywalker_and_the_Shadows_of_Mindor and The Courtship of Princess Leia http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/The_Courtship_of_Princess_Leia Even if they don't make those two novels into movies, it would be fine as long as they took aspects of these two books to be used in a movie. The Mindor novel had a "Prophet of the Dark Side" which was a very different take on traditional Sith lords. The Courtship novel took place on a planet of witches that were the descendents of ancient jedi and their magic spells were actually powerful force manipulations created through incantations. Oh.. and it all took place on a planet inhabited by rancors. Imagine that.. Witches riding rancors into battle. Hell yes.
