I got to watch the unboxing video on that other link.. That Switch looks so much smaller than I thought it would be. I don't see how good it'll work as a portable outside of someone's home tho. Its too big to fit in a pocket and it'll need a screen protector for transporting it. I bet Nintendo has an official carrying purse/duffel already in the works for it to be released in a month or to in a limited run of 200 that includes a special amiibo that will be resold on ebay for $500.

Ummm.. I thought Elite kits weren't supposed to regenerate health. I bet these things will be even more beastly in small game modes now.

It looks great but even if the characters are dull, at least the plot will still be focused around them instead of the director throwing a human audience substitute into the movie like Shia Labeouf in Transformers. My other concern besides character development issues is that flesh toned body suit.. I hope they don't screw over the look more by having her entire body CG'd partial camouflage while having a head floating on top or we'll get another repeat of this look:

I still haven't bought premium and I don't know if I'm going to or not. I want to enjoy this but I haven't been feeling it. Maybe the ribbons system will fix some things, but the no assignments is still the biggest downer for me. I feel you Strider. I'd rather turn on BF4 and enjoy some amazing rounds of domination than turn on BF1 in the same game mode just to have the entire match go one sided because somebody picks up an elite kit. They need to remove elite kits from all game modes outside of conquest and operations for me to enjoy those game modes. Until then its only conquest and operations for me and I just haven't been motivated to turn the game on since I have no goals for it except for mindlessly killing and hoping I got on a team that will actually win. Meanwhile I can turn on Tomb Raider and upgrade my weapons or turn on Guild Wars 2 and put more time in for another legendary. At this point I could still turn on BF4 and work towards unlocking 20 more weapons to try out.. but in BF1 there is no long term goals except reaching level 10 on each class to unlock a gun I'll never use or possibly getting ribbons that give me bonus xp which only benefits me getting to level 10... to get those guns I won't use. ehh.

I'm surprised they decided to microtransaction the remaster like this. And its basically pay to win now like their other CoD games. Ehh. I still want to play the single player of this but I'll never play the MP of it.

I still haven't played this demo. The trailer looks good, but I'm wondering why everyone looks so similar as if they're all clones.

Ohhhhhh... This is going to be great.

I see Will Turner is showing back up again, interesting.. but dead people / cursed has been done before. If they're going to repeat things they've done, I bet Pirates of the Caribbean 6 will have more fishmen and mermaids and might even have a crossover with Little Mermaid. Except it'll be some dark version of it with Ursula as the main bad guy who just so happens to spawn krakens.

They really needed to kill of Ragnar after what they did to him.. I hate how they turned his character into a drug addict and then a rather pointless character just to kill him off. Maybe the writers thought they had to ruin him to make sure fans didn't leave the show the moment he died off. Kind of like how Daryl in TWD has been degraded in the same manner this season. If he was to die off now it wont have as big of an impact on the fan base as it would have during the height of his character's popularity. Ivar is a crazy bastard but I really want to see more of Lagertha, which is why I'm afraid that she'll be killed off or turned into a crap character next. And poor Floki lost Helga.. He has nothing left.

That reads to me like Nintendo is doing some damage control. The launch titles are weak, just like the PS4's launch titles were weak. Saying its intentional is just another way of saying they're shipping the product to early before content is ready for it. Sony did the same thing with PS4. I remember that first year was mostly ports of indie games with maybe 10 actual AAA releases that were worth a damn. Its to be expected tho. Every console launches with only a few key games nowadays.

The new PlayStation 4 firmware update will include external HHD support for game installation. Finally. I honestly didn't realize the original PS4s even had USB 3. They are also finally adding custom wallpapers via screenshots. About damn time. The wallpapers in the online store are complete garbage. I'd still prefer to use my own .jpg files like on the PS3, but modders used that feature as a way to hack the system which is why we never got the functionality in PS4.
