I still have BF4 installed and I'm tempted to go back to play some rounds of conquest on it just to experience C4 jeeps again. You must be getting on some good rounds of operations because the last 2 operations I did when I was on attack never made it to the second map. And 1 of the 2 times I was on defense over this last week won.

lmao. I will call it old lumpy from now on. I forgot about that. I haven't used the lewis gun in months because the overheat was bullshit and made the gun worthless.

I didn't get a chance to try the new map yet but I love this new grenade crossbow. Support is almost beating scout as my favorite class now. The buff to the LMGs is great. I was able to use the BAR storm to kill some people from a good distance away and up close it rips people apart quick. But the small mag is killing me on this gun because of the buff against airplanes. I saw no extra damage against an airplane with the BAR compared to the MG15 na storm I generally prefer. With the amount of damage an LMG can do against planes now I think I'll be better off sticking with the MG15 na storm so I can kill airplanes. I was on a match tonight and the BAR was able to do roughly 25 damage to a plane if I landed most of the shots. I was doing that easily with the MG15 na before the patch. With the larger mag of the MG15 I bet I could disable a plane solo at this point. I should have switched guns to kill the bomber and attack plane asses that kept destroying my team but I was having too much fun testing out the crossbow and BAR. Heres some clips of my crossbow kills: I didn't try out the HE version yet, but if it can destroy buildings like the HE mortar than I'll have a field day in maps with alot of buidings.

I got the patch downloaded yesterday and tried a round of domination this morning after my bro told me that the grenade crossbow was unlocked already for him and hes a non premium player. I tried it out myself and I'm pleased. Support needed this gadget. The grenades have great range with enough arc, better than the LMG range, and are easy to shoot into windows. If this thing could shoot gas or smoke grenades it'd be the ultimate sniper troll gadget. lol. I haven't tried the HE grenades yet but it looks like they explode on impact. If so I'll probably use those much more often just to instant kill enemies by shooting it at their feet.

I watched the first 40 or so episodes of Robotech on netflix over the last few weeks. I thought I saw this back in the day but I must not have. I never watched the original Macross subtitled either so I don't know how much Robotech is butchered in comparison. Honestly tho.. this was a solid series after you get past the first 5 or so episodes. It looks dated to all hell, but the plot has some great sci-fi. The genocide that happens in it in numerous episodes shocked me a bit. If I'd have watched this when I was a kid all other cartoons would have been nothing in comparison.
Unfortunately after the main characters leave the show around episode 38 (I think?) the show turned to garbage. I looked at wikipedia and its 3 different series dubbed and jammed into one 85 episode series called Robotech. Apparently the first part is the original Macross anime and that was amazing. But 4 eps into this second series and I can't stand watching it anymore. ehh.

They pretty much butchered Macross, Southern Cross, and Mospeada to make this frankenstein of a show coherent enough to follow a plot line (I know most of the story points for each show were left in tact but other then that they had to butcher them to make it coherent enough to follow through three different anime). I can't stomach Robotech, it's an atrocity that should of never been made but thanks to licensing agreements conflicting with each other we got this horror show. Plus I'm a pretty hardcore Macross fan (I've seen every series with the exception of Delta which I have downloaded just haven't had time to watch it yet) so the whole concept of the show rubs me the wrong way. You might have seen it in the past. I know it aired on Toonami's Midnight block with Uncut Gundam Wing back during it's original run so you might of caught some of the later episodes that take place during the Southern Cross or Mospeada arcs (or Robotech Wars 2 and 3 if I remember their nomenclature right).
Thankfully the original version of Macross got a faithful release over here before ADV imploded (I think Southern Cross did as well but I can't remember for sure) but I don't know if there are any copies in circulation still (but this is definitely the version to watch).

The first 38 or so eps that are the butched macross series was so great because of the amount of times I'd laugh at the personal drama between Rick, Minmay and Lisa. Rick was such a dick.
The best and most savage breakup line I've ever heard was in this anime. It went something like.. "This world is so big, its amazing how much time we've wasted on each other." ROTFLMAO! The look of shock on her face.. Rick is such an asshole.

These telltale games seem to always drop in price so quick that I'll never buy them for their full price or even play it piecemeal. Its too easy to just watch a playthrough of it on youtube. Aside from actually making the decisions its easy to get the full experience of the game without actually playing it. I didn't realize this at first but in the third season we don't play as Clementine.. its a guy named Javier. I read that this was supposed to be an actual theatrically released movie but something went wrong and it became a Netflix property. The quality of the special effects are top notch and you can tell it was made with a decent budget. I enjoyed it. The military action was great and Call of Duty will probably rip off part of this for their next game.

I got around to watching this on Amazon Prime a few days ago.. Excellent movie. Much better than I thought it'd be. Truly worthy of the Rocky legacy.

Good review. I hate those shotgun guys. No supernatural stuff sounds fine to me. I loved the supernatural stuff in the first 2 games and then the 3rd one dropped the ball by making me think I'd find a genie in a box or some crazy thing. Oh well, that escape scene in 3 at the end made up for it. I look forward to playing 4 in the near future.

I hated running in a landship solo. As soon as a tank would come up, I'd angle my side to it, swap seats.. get 2 or 3 shots off, my turret gets disabled and right before I can jump back into the driver seat some troll jumps in and starts driving us right at it so the other side canon has no shot. After that I gave up and never spawned another landship again.

Aside from the first episode this season has been a bit slow. The plot plays out in an almost predictable pattern. Negan is bad, does bad things.. Rick is getting brainwashed into the belief that theres nothing they can do like everyone else Negan has control over. There were some decent scenes but I never felt like I had to discuss them or listen to an entire episode of talking dead for an hour to listen to them talk about the 5 minutes per episode that was unnerving. I think the slowness issues with the first part of this season was completely related to the way they ended season 6. Because they wanted to keep rumors under control as to who died they filmed a bunch of episodes focused on characters that weren't in the Negan head bashing group. Sure some of these episodes weren't just filler, they did introduce the kingdom and some other characters that might come into play later in the series. But overall it lead to very slow start to the season. Some of the episodes after the head bashing were filmed in such a way that the characters that died didn't have their names mentioned at all or if they were mentioned it was only in a single scene so it could be changed in a voice over so on set crew might not hear the right name before the premiere aired. All of the rumor control screwed this season's pace back down to almost that of the Hershel's farm season. I'm expecting the second half to be more intense. I read somewhere that TWD will never leave a season off on a cliffhanger like season 6 again and I bet its not because of fan backlash, but its because it screwed over their writers and crew because of potential leaks. As for the mid season finale. I'm surprised Negan didn't kill Carl or at least maim him. I can't stand looking at Carl's hair anymore. He either needs to get it cut or get killed off at this point. -
I'll pick this game up next time I see it on sale thru PSN. I loved Uncharted 2, but the plot holes on 3 pissed me off too much. I love these third person action/adventure games. Uncharted, Last of Us and Tomb Raider have been some of my favorite games over the past couple years.

That looks good to me. Did the previous Ace Combat games have multiplayer? I loved the plane campaign in BF1, but playing against real people in multiplayer is always horrible for me. x_x If the new Ace combat has multiplayer, maybe all those ace plane experts will go play it and I'll have better luck in a BF1 plane.

Support is getting the grenade crossbow starting next Tuesday the 13th for premium and the 20th for everyone else. Yay. Now they'll be more viable in smaller maps. I won't be able to try the new map until the 20th, but thats fine because GW2's wintersday event starts the 13th anyway.

Yeah, pick any server that sounds good to you. Just make sure you pick an american server. Jade Quarry is usually full, but like DX said, it only affects the WvW aspect of the game which most people don't play or play very little of. (edit) Heres my Charr if you haven't seen him before. Before you know it, you'll be playing the game to unlock new armor and weapon skins.. hence why the game has the nickname "Fashion Wars 2".

Thats how I felt about FFXV until I finished the platinum demo and then lost all my hype. I watched this video just now to see the endings. It doesn't look like I missed much outside of the initial creepy feeling of actually playing it.
