    Lmao. That game definitely has me hooked. I still haven't had the chance to get on destiny yet. Since the dlc released lady has been on the ps4 after I get out of work so she can finish TWD while I sit back on gw2.

    I don't know how long this sale will last, but Dragon Age Inquisition is now on sale at Walmart for $39.99 and Amazon price matched it. I just ordered it off amazon for PS4.

    I was just thinking about GW1: EotN and how it introduced the Asuran.. man those guys were racist. They kept calling me "Bookah". XD

      Oh! Those guys. They remind me of the centaurs. Sentient creatures like those frog guys. The centaurs had a story line in gw1. I'm surprised they are nothing but a warrior race with slaves now.

      I often hear NPC chatter about being weary of the alliance with the Charr, and someone always reminds the crowd the Centaurs are the real enemy.

      If you hang around the black citadel long enough you'll hear the young cubs talking about how stinky the humans are and why they're even allowed in the city. Usually an adult tells them, yes.. I know they stink but we need their help with the dragons. The Charr have their hands full with the human ghosts of Ascalon, thats probably what kept their disgust of humans strong after all these years and new generations.

    I still don't see how the Dark Below is an expansion. If this game is all about grinding the exact same missions endlessly just to participate in a raid which end goal is basically the exact same thing again.. grind to get the raid gear for the next raid, then I don't think I'll be buying a "Destiny 2". The best expansion I ever bought was Guild Wars: Eye of the North. http://www.guildwars.com/products/eyeofthenorth/ I spent $20 on that expansion at the time, the same price as the first Destiny expansion.. EotN gave me at least 40 hours of gameplay with a full voiced cast, numerous cut scenes, 18 new dungeons (that doesn't even include the massive amounts of story missions) a bunch of new hero units for my party and an epic story line. I played that game all the time and never ran out of something new to do. That is an expansion. Bungie gives us a couple story missions and a strike. wtf. Oh, but theres a new raid. Eh.

    Wtf.. I'm only interested in playing the new missions and the new strikes and bungie is making me grind thru bounties anyway just to access the strike. Damn. I have a feeling that if I don't further level up to 31 or 32 by the next expansion I won't be able to unlock those strikes at all because the enemies I'll need to kill will show up as "????" again because of the level difference. :/

    The vanguard and crucible vendors being set for commendations sounds much better than "you must be rank 3 to buy this item". That's a good improvement that I hope is implemented to the other faction vendors. The weekly heroic is level 30.. does it have a lower difficulty for less coins, or is that the new lowest difficulty? I enjoy this game but I don't think I have it in me to grind to keep enjoying what I like in this game. I'm looking forward to playing the new missions and strikes. I'll try to be on later but I don't think I will be tonight. I'm working a bit late today and I still need to get out downloaded. With that solar/arc fusion rifle combined with my void lmg I shouldn't have as much difficulty with higher level enemies.

I was under the impression that destiny was going to be like WOW and GW2. One time purchase for the base game and expansions for years. Looks like we'll have to keep paying for a brand new game probably every other year.

    Once the expansion comes out I'll be on destiny more frequently for a while. As it is now GW2 has sucked me in. Send me a text if you want to get some more coins from the weekly strike. I could always use more coins.

    The raid gear can only be upgraded with shards and energy only obtainable from the raid. That now makes raids even more pointless for me. I assumed I'd get the raid done someday and get 1 or 2 items and level them up. But now you have to grind the raid just to upgrade the raid items. There are only 2 raids. That would be so much repetition. That shotgun does look beastly.

    It looks like the new nodes are only "very rare drops" from black lion chests. I'm not going to buy a bunch of keys with actual money just for a chance of getting one. But these new ones are sellable. Ppl were listing then at around 700 gold a piece last night. The mystic forge node is apparently the most common one. Those were 33 gold as of last night.

    Now we don't need any ascendant materials for exotics. Ok.. but we'll still need endless ascendant materials for legendary weapons and armor. That's still alot of grinding for brand new level 32 armor. I might be playing some destiny this week at least just to see what the new ice breaker kill effect looks like. It was completely stupid before. If you even notice it when it happens, it looks like an explosion at the enemy's feet like from a bad Power Rangers episode.

    The Imperial tech introduced in the novels was amazing. Interdictors, gravity bombs, cloaking (not nearly as effective as in Star Trek), full planetary shields, small sloth creatures that create a force negated zone that was used quite strategically by the imperials, the sun crusher.. So many amazing things. I still love how one of the novels explained Han Solo's Kessel Run and fixed the discrepancy caused by the words Han said in the movie. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Kessel_Run By flying so close to the black holes he actually shaved time and distance from his run because of the effects of the black holes.

    If you haven't read Luke Skywalker and the Shadows of Mindor, I highly recommend it. Its a standalone novel and really shows off the power of the Force. Luke does some powerful stuff and the book introduces the "Darksight" ability that Lord Shadowspawn aka Blackhole uses. Very impressive. But my favorite is still "The Courtship of Princess Leia" Those force witches were awesome. Speaking of Star Destroyers, Didn't the novels and some of the video games introduce the Interdictor-class Star Destroyers?

    I'm not entirely certain as to when I'll get my digital code for this gift card. It says delivery by December 8th.. but the message says I'll get the code within 24 hours. I don't mind dropping full price for it because its worth it, but if I can save $10 I'll take that extra step, especially since I have to get it renewed within a month anyway and my money is a bit tight atm. Even $10 would be nice. lol. I am so looking forward to my car payment being done in five months.
