Two animes come to mind when I think about the biggest waste of time for me: Neon Genesis Evangelion. I've mentioned this series a couple times and how I didn't care for it. It had great potential but fell completely flat. Others love it and thats fine, but I wish I'd have watched something else. Claymore. This anime started off pretty epic to me, but it ended while the manga kept on going.. and the only thing I can remember of the anime now is the character "Raki" screaming like a baby.. in almost every damn episode he was in. I hated that guy. I'll read the manga eventually because its supposed to be amazing. If anything, the Claymore anime should be rebooted like FMA Brotherhood.

I'm sure they needed to drop the xbox live requirement for the 360 because once they no longer support the old console, quite a few ppl would rage because they couldn't access content that had nothing to do with MS. Some ppl might even have am xbox one and put the 360 in another room as a Netflix machine. Imagine how many ppl they would piss of if that box became nothing more than a brick once MS turns off live support for it. I also got an email from twitch last night. They announced that their xbox apps will no longer require xbox live also.

It's basically a forest of trees that is all one large root cluster and the other is a giant root cluster of mushrooms that seems to be more of a root plant than actual mushrooms on the ground. If SR4 is free, I'll definitely play it. I love Dust.. I understand the compulsion to grind it. I got 100% in every area on the map.

I came across that issue tonight. People were hand flaring everywhere. It completely screws the Airburst IRNV scope. Incendiary grenades were blinding too, but those hand flares lasted a solid minute or two. The server I was on did Operation Locker / Metro max tickets and it started on Locker. Have you tried the Naval Strike TDM or Domination rounds yet? Two of those maps are the best CQC maps in the entire game. I run with claymores and c4 on those maps all the time. C4ing flags work great on those maps.

During my free weekend I started off as a Charr Engineer and I was surprised at how the Charr village was setup and the main plot lines about their ongoing war with spirits. My brother played as a human so I wondered if we would have any issues playing online together, but it seems very friend oriented like what you're talking about. What race / class are you playing as?

Its reminding me about how most movie trailers give away the main plot. We should all be pleasantly surprised and enjoy the game more this way. We already know the game is going to play great, I just hope the plot is rock solid. Because if people start playing and aliens attack within the first 5 minutes or its a rehash of any of the Saints Row or GTA games, people will probably raise hell online.

If you like the F2000, you'll like the P90 for Engineer. With a laser sight, it has a hip fire rating of 99. I don't even have to aim with the gun. Just turn around a corner and I can unload half a magazine into anyone with ease. That P90 is one of those end of the campaign choice assignments. It was a bit annoying replaying that last mission 3 times just to get all the guns unlocked. The under barrel shotgun is alot of fun, but I love the M320 Smoke along with the defibs. I'll smoke a dead body, run in there and revive.. or I'll throw smoke in a couple locations when I'm running thru a partially open area for cover. I'll occasionally smoke a friendly tank to keep them from being locked on by a javelin. And if you direct hit someone with that smoke grenade its a one hit kill. Its so funny to kill someone with a smoke grenade and still get the smoke effect. Sometimes people wise up and start throwing grenades into my smoke the moment it appears. I'm going to try using flash bangs to see how effective they are since they were buffed since the last time I used them. I've been killed twice because a flash bang disoriented me enough that an enemy got the drop on me. Its rather effective as long as you are catching an enemy completely by surprise. The 3 weapons that seem the most pointless to me in BF4 are the Airburst smoke and the Airburst shotgun.. the smoke is so weak that I see no benefit in using it at all and the shotgun airburst seems weak. Even tho it can be rapid fired, I'm usually killed by someone before I get a second or third shot off with it. And the last thing is the flare hand grenade. It does nothing except burn. The only thing it could be useful for is to throw one on an enemy tank or on top of a building as a way to mark a target for destruction. But whenever I'm in an airplane or helicopter I never see them being used so I go after whatever I feel like destroying. Btw, I love those mini grenades for my Recon class. Because they can be throw so far, its a great grenade to lob at mid range enemies that see me and start running towards me. It forces them to run off sideways or back up while I reload my next bullet.

I don't know why the F2000 is an assault rifle.. its like a powered up PDW. Just like the SR338 is a sniper rifle, but its really just a DMR with all the sniper rifle scopes.. which I forgot to mention to Strider.. if you can unlock that SR338, you'd probably like it for medium to low range sniping. Its a full semi-auto but the range for it is horrible for anything over 500 meters. btw DX, was that incendiary grenade working good for your assault loadout? I don't think I've ever gotten a kill with it, it functioned more like a deterrent for me to keep people from walking down a hallway. The RGO impact and Mini grenades are my favorites.

I love the design of GW and GW2, but GW2 plays completely different than GW1. They added all the keyboard movement, dodging and jumping into GW2 to prevent bots from farming the game while GW1 could be played completely one handed with a mouse. I like that there is no more need for the monk class because everyone had to have a NPC monk or Hero on their team in the first game. The biggest change to GW2 over GW1 is that the entire game is a true MMORPG now.. wherever you go you'll run into other players while GW1 you could only see other players in the large towns, outposts and mission areas.. you had to make a team with other players or NPCs before you left the towns because the moment you do, the game puts you in your own instance of the world where you had only your team and you'd never run into other players. You could solo most of the entire game with NPCs and your own Heroes. If you enjoy GW2, you could always pick up a copy of GW1 real cheap just for the campaign. Most of that game is empty now except for during the automated holiday events and they only have a few servers running, but I read an article that they'll never have to take GW1 offline because of how little resources it actually uses on their end. If I remember right GW2 takes place 250 years after the first game so its not vital to the story in GW2 but you get to see all the history like the Charr conflict, and how the humans and dwarves met the Asuran and Norn in the eye of the north expansion. They had some good solid story in that game. I'll probably buy GW2 at some point, but I have no idea when I'll get around to it while I have so many other games in my backlog.

Holy crap! An hour long metro match!? Resupply and health ribbons would net massive points on a double XP weekend. I'll look for that server next time I'm on. We should look for those battlefield friends guys, I think they all have ps4 accounts. Id love to be one of the guys they kill on one of their battleloggers episodes.

My older brother loves GW2 and recommended it to me a couple times, but I still haven't beat GW1 yet and GW2 seems insanely huge. I've played free weekends a couple times, but seeing as KOTOR 1 took me 5 months to beat, GW2 seems like something unbeatable to me. :/

I never really thought of defiance as a potential free to play MMO when I first bought it. I thought of it more as a co-op game like borderlands.. but with all the micro transactions Trion added it became more and more of a money grab. For everything they want to charge for now it might as well be a free game at this point.

I'm glad sniping is working better for you now. Sniping on all other games seem so much easier once you get good doing it on battlefield. I was trying so hard to get that damn F2000 a few months back. I still haven't gotten it. I kept coming up short for the assignment by 1 kill assist ribbon. I still think its ridiculous that the entire assignment misty be done in one round. Maybe now that there are rented servers I'll be able to get it on a max tickets metro only server.

As a person who actually paid $60 for this game when it first came out, this pisses me off. The game I paid for was buggy as hell, broken missions, had numerous server issues issues and even server queues. Over the past year Trion has finally fixed all the issues and made the game a complete product.. a product that I should have received a year ago. What I really believe is that Trion planned on the game going Free-to-Play from the beginning and everyone that paid the initial $60 basically crowd-funded this game to completion. In the end I look back and I can see that what I paid for was an early unfinished product that was in a beta for a year until they got enough in game purchase options available and DLC out to make the game free to play and still make money off a new possible flood of customers. If you have not played the game before, I do recommend it. It'll be great to play once a week during Defiance Season 2 as there will be new cross over content, weekly episode missions and the entire core game campaign will be completely free. What I do not recommend is buying any of the DLC. I never bought them, but I know someone who has and its definitely not worth the money. I'll play Defiance again for season 2 and a possible season 3 of the Syfy show, but I will not buy another Trion Worlds, Inc. game. If they ever make another game and plan on charging for it, don't bother as it will most likely be a beta for a year and you'll get it free when its actually worth a damn. Its good to see some of the characters.. but it still doesn't show much of the campaign in the details. For a game thats going to take around 80 hours to fully complete, they seem pretty tight lipped about the plot.

I've seen Shadow Man in a couple different bundles outside of the Humble Bundles, but I never gave the game much thought because I never heard of it before. Now I'm getting interested. I'll check some more videos on youtube for it.

I like the spell check in firefox. Its amazing how I keep forgetting how to spell some basic words sometimes.. like "separate". I always replace an a with an E. I think because I right click to fix it or the phone auto corrects it I don't remember I'm doing it because I never actually fix it by typing it. The one thing that annoys me on phone auto corrects is that it replaces its with it's quite often. Maybe I just need to update my definitions.
