    I watched the Mythbusters Breaking Bad special tonight. It was a good episode, although its a shame they busted 2 stunts that were done in the show.. That acid bathtub scene looked plausible in the scene they showed, but the real results were very different. But I am more interested in watching the show now.

    All of MS's PR is crap. The only thing MS can do now is try to bust out that CoD Dog again and hope for some new CoD exclusive features or premium matching making abilities.. oh wait they did that already.. http://news.xbox.com/2013/07/games-smartmatch-feature I bet CoD Ghosts match making will be the same quality as the PS4's.. horrible.

    Are you on Time Warner? If you are getting 2.30mpbs with them you are either on a really good plan or they made a mistake thats working out good for you. Even Road Runner Turbo is supposed to cap out at 1.5 mbps upload. Time Warner is crap with upload rates.

    I already had a twitch account, so I installed xsplit and tried to get a stream going.. only to find out my internet upload sucks too bad for me to even attempt it.

    Wow. That would have pissed me off if I had an Xbox 360. Also, if MS is still making these changes to their new console, then I'm going to assume this new Kinect off feature will be part of that huge software patch when the system needs to connect to the internet on day 1. Which means the Kinect will probably be required to be connected to the system for it's initial turning on, connecting to the internet, then patching.. then you can disconnect from the internet and shut off the kinect. They should have stuck to their initial designs and plans.

    WTF. Microsoft keeps surprising me. As long as the Kinect is still sold with every xbox I don't think the developers will complain, because if everyone has a kinect then it'll simply be a matter of plugging it in or turning it on.. but if the system is sold in a new version without the kinect, then the developers will have the right to bitch their asses off because if they design games to use a piece of equipment nobody owns, then they will be screwed. If anything, it looks like MS is giving people a way to turn off their big brother camera system. Maybe all those NSA stories about how the government might spy on people through their Kinects forced MS to make some changes to help pick up their pre-orders. Honestly though, these "turn off the camera and microphone" functionality should have been a default feature. It was reminding me of the anime Sword Art Online.. there is no log off.. its a feature.. you're always connected now..

    Wait a second.. I was thinking about this.. My character is level 7 solder, level 3 jedi.. Does this mean I only have 10 levels left!? or 17 more jedi ones.. Damn, if its only 10 I need to make some choices quick. Thanks for the head ups on the level cap. lmao! I was referring to the Sandral/Matale issue because their kids eloped in the end. That woman obsessed with the droid was not right in the head. I found the droid that was trying to commit suicide and told him to go back to her and realize how sad she'd be without him.. he agreed and went back.. I saw him again and the droid said "Please kill me". That poor bastard. I solved that murder mystery.. I screwed it up at first, then reloaded my game and perfected it. I noticed theres a guy near the ebon hawk that is looking for some girl named Sarah that disappeared. I have a feeling I don't resolve that on Dantooine tho.. I don't see anyone mentioning her. Are there quests that span over multiple planets?

    lmao! Would that work? haha. I was playing it all day today. I have Mission setup pretty good with blasters, slicing and demolitions. Her stealth is so good, I usually make her go solo, stealth, set up a bunch of mines in front of enemies, then step back and do a single sniper shot, then run back to my team while all the enemies explode. But now that I have myself and Bastila, those jedi abilities and attacks are far more effective. So I've been using Bastila and Canderous more often. I have most of Dantooine completed as far as I can tell. I took care of those Mandalorians, I returned whatsherface back from the dark side.. I resolved that Romeo and Juliet issue.. got some lightsaber crystals and now I'm about to check out some old ruins to see what that shared dream was all about.. I like Canderous's stories on the Ebon Hawk. Some of those battles sound epic! And hes my drug dealer.. hey Canderous.. got some stims? I got some extra lightsabers from the mandelorian ledaer after I killed him, but my upgrade prototype vibroblade is a better off hand weapon than a second lightsaber. I only had a couple good power up crystals and I gave Bastila's lightsaber one.. maybe after I find some better crystals I'll run with dual sabers. I like the fact that I can hit the "x" button on my keyboard to make him fling his lightsaber/melee weapons.. If I hit it repeatedly he kind of freaks out with it. and I glitched it a bit.. while he was freaking out with twirling his blades, instead of force jumping at the enemy, he force glided towards the enemy while twirling his sabers. lmao. I only got it to work once. It looked wicked stupid.

    I think I'll play as Guardian! Thanks for the input everyone. Whats everyone's favorite team? And I noticed I can change everyone's fighting pattern.. Do you think default works best? Should I set someone for grenade use? What about support? Will my droid rush up to everyone to stun them? Maybe I should micromanage every encounter and choose everyone's actions.. but that feels like it would make the game take forever. Yes! They had a good back and forth about force powers.

    Cool. I'm glad its just some cut scenes.. if I had to be somebody's padawan for 20 hours I would have been annoyed. Are there certain characters that will only join my party based on my decisions? Or if I'm light or dark sided? What about Consular, Guardian, Sentinel? Which do you guys recommend?

    Lady beat Last of Us on normal.. twice. She is damn good at this game.. I bet she could play and beat almost any 3rd person game now..

    I initially started this off as a status update: http://www.ancientclan.com/statuses/user/1-sledgstone/?status_id=552 I didn't realize this game was going to be as big as it is. I got the hang of the game play and I'm now 17 hours into the game. I think I accomplished everything I could do on Taris.. I rescued Bastila after doing a swoop race for the Hidden Bek team, I killed 2 bounties and saved the rest, I got the rakghoul serum, gave it to the doctor, got a new version of it, saved 2 people in the lower city and saved a republic solder with the serum also, just to have the guy run off and get killed by rakghouls anyway. I found all the journals and helped the lower city residents on their quest to the promised land.. Did anyone pay that ridiculous $2000 credits for the droid? I was able to persuade her to give it to me for free.. I escaped off Taris after killing Davik and we stole the Ebon Hawk. Thats a nice looking ship.. but now the surface of Taris has been destroyed! wth.. Its as if everything I accomplished there was wiped out. With the only benefit of my exploits being the few team members I brought with me, my light points and hopefully the attack didn't pierce thru to the lower city and those poor bastards finally made it to the promise land. I killed Bendark Starkiller on my first try. That guy was leaps and bounds over the other duelists. I lobbed half my grenades at the guy, used all my medpacks and then bum rushed him with my dual swords. Right now I'm at the Jedi council on Dantooine and I'm about to have a meeting with them about training me to be a jedi. This game is huge. Anyone know how long the jedi training stuff will take? Is Dantooine as big as Taris? Will I be on this planet for another 17 hours?

    After watching that Movie Bob review, I'm more interested in watching this now. It sounds like a movie I'd really like. I'm very surprised that the guy from District 9 is playing that action role opposite Matt Damon.. He doesn't look anything like himself.. and in the commercials I thought it was just some random grizzly guy.

    I'm surprised they would overclock it now considering all developers were used to different specs. I agree about the life span.. this decision could easily affect the console's longevity.

    Sony just keeps 1uping Microsoft. I always thought it was ridiculous that you couldn't access netflix on an xbox without an Xbox live subscription, especially considering many bluray players and tvs have that functionality built right in nowadays.

    *shudders at 4kids song* Click the little light switch icon at the top left of the editor to switch to bbcode mode.. then you can use as many quote tags as you want... or quote the post.. then copy and paste each part into a different line, then select the text and click the quote icon to wrap each section of text into its own quote box. The new version of IPB we'll be using later this year is going to be much more user friendly with the editor. I think there is one DF user changing everyone into toys and another person altering memories. It has to be more powerful than Violet because everyone seems to forget that person. If they altered just the memories of the spouse and children, then those people's neighbors would be asking where the husband went. If every toy on the island was a human at one point, no resident on the island seems to be aware of it.. which means when someone is turned into a toy, that person's entire existence is negated/removed from everyone's memories. Interesting theory. But I'm thinking the toys are their human bodies transformed. It looked like there were hundreds of toys.. that would mean a lot of empty bodies stacked in some warehouse somewhere, unless the bodies were destroyed.. I wonder about the nighttime curfew.. at first I assumed it was because of all the illegal activities that Doflamingo does.. he probably has everyone in at night while shipments of SMILE are exported and the ingredients for SMILE are imported.. but it could be related to the toys.. but the other rule was that no human can go into a toy house and no toy can go into a human house.. I'm thinking that is key to the DF ability. That one toy had 'the human disease' my guess is that almost all toys know who and what they are.. but the moment they speak up they are 'scrapped' / killed. Because the human soldiers don't know who these people are anymore, then to all humans on the island it would be a completely believable disease. These crazy toys thinking they are human.. how ridiculous right? and boom, they get scrapped. All the other toys realize this and keep their mouths shut. I bet there are no prisons on this island.. all criminals and people that cross Doflamingo or break the curfew are probably 'toyed'. Remember that statue at the Colosseum? The one of the great warrior of Dressrosa? That gladiator woman said nobody knows who is actually is.. or when that statue was even made.. but he was apparently a legend.. my guess is that he was 'toyed' he might even be that little soldier that is running around with Franky... but then again, that gladiator woman seemed to know who the toy soldier was.. so I don't know.. I don't think he had his memories messed with. Most of the competitors just recently showed up on the island just like Luffy did. My guess is they'll explain eventually what Garp did.. either that or Garp pummeled that guy so bad he gave him brain damage. Yeah.. I'm wondering what is up with those two gladiators.. the guy didn't seem that strong compared to all the monsters and DF users.. but what about the Gladiator woman? You think she'll be strong?
