Kind of looks like Batman without a cape. Based on the look, I'm assuming he'll be a faster ninja like robocop compared to the old tank like sluggish moving old one.

So... vBulletin finally released vb 4.2 a few months ago and it was finally a fully stable version with many bugs fixed.. so I was going to finally upgrade AC to the newest version after what, 3 years? But just as I'm about to do the work on a few themes and get the ball moving, I see where they announced "vBulletin 5 Connect" and they want people to pre-order it now even tho its in beta and it will eventually be a useable stable product. It took them 3 years to make vb4 a fully stable product, which they will now stop improving because all development will go towards the new version 5. Seeing as vb 3.x will no longer be getting security upgrades in the near future, we will switch off of this software in the next 6+ months. The entire vbulletin fiasco from before and our failed upgrade that worked like crap a couple years ago really made me dislike this forum software. Its also made me very lazy about even using my own site because of my lack of enthusiasm for a hobby I used to enjoy immensely. Ever since vbulletin sold out to a large corporation with shareholders, its all been about profit first and customers last. They will not get any more of our money. We will most likely switch over to invision power board and focus on using its core products as opposed to using a variety of mods that need their own security patches and upgrades. We might also switch over to a free forum software like phpbb or smf, probably not, but its all up in the air right now. I don't want to shut down our small community as its been a fun time over the many years. But over the past 3 years its really become quite dead as we can all see. I think once I switch us off of vbulletin, I'll have a renewed interest in AC and maybe others will too. So don't expect a large upgrade any time soon. It'll probably happen sometime after tax season next year. I just wanted to share my thoughts on this and let you all know.

I've never played any of the games, but apparently this movie is more based on the 3rd game. The trailer looks like it'll be good.

I love ad blocker plus, but I hate it at the same time. lol. I love not getting pop ups or having to view ads online, but then again my own ad revenue has turned to shit on my sites since that addon became more popular years ago.

Those outfits looked like crap. And on top of it, the outfits were made in China. What a nice way to represent the USA.

What did you guys think about the opening ceremony? I thought it was a bit lackluster. I know they wouldn't come close to topping the China opening from the last olympics, but it seemed pretty slow paced. I thought it was hilarious that Prodigy had a brief moment in it with Firestarter. X'D Anyone using the Live Extra app? Its annoying that you have to login with your cable provider to use it.. and its more annoying that it loads a video ad before you can live stream something.. and its downright aggravating that I could only get one event to live stream because once I try to view another it fails to load the next ad, which then fails to load the live stream, and after I try again, I have to force close the app because it has a heart attack. The app is a good idea, but it is horribly executed as far as I'm concerned. And apparently it doesn't even work on the latest version of droid ics.

It could be a regional ad affecting only US people based on IP#. 7!? holy shit! Thats nuts.

I've seen plenty of the annoying ads that play before the video, but I haven't seen any new tabs being opened with ads yet. But I watch more youtube on my phone than on my laptop. If it was opening new tabs, I'd get pretty pissed. I do have firefox with ad block plus with the pop-up addon and it takes care of pretty much all pop up issues.

As long as this superman is nothing like how Dean Cain portrayed him on Lois and Clark, then it might be decent.

Thats a horrible trailer. It didn't show anything really.. \ And I hope its not another origin movie. Everyone should know by now who the hell superman is. They should start the movie off with superman kicking ass and have it be a 2 hour movie of awesome action with no need for boring talking scenes.. just fighting.

I got a juror's notification letter in the mail and called the phone number every day for a week to find out if I was being called in for selection, but my number was never called on and on the last day the message told me I did not need to call back and that my services would not be needed at this time. Kind of aggravating because I wouldn't know if I would have to go to the courthouse the next day until that night from 6pm and on. I couldn't plan anything for a week. Oh well.

Hmm.. So maybe these portals are the entire cause of aurora borealis.. Very interesting.
