Is This The BSG Game Fans Have Been Waiting For?
Sledgstone replied to DeathscytheX's topic in Battlestar Galactica
Adama doesn't look right.. and it only shows space combat.. I wonder what the actual game will be like playing as a character tho. -

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/01/20/two-suns-twin-stars_n_811864.html Two suns in the sky would be awesome.. but 2 weeks without a night? That'd be crazy.

Cloning a Woolly Mammoth - Next up.. Jurassic Park?
Sledgstone replied to Sledgstone's topic in News Column
But what if someone had a pet raptor or two to act as guard dogs. Imagine them perched at the sides of a door entrance on pedestals looking like a couple of gargoyles.. they could be trained to slash someone's throat when they entered. they wouldn't seem so lame then.- 8 replies

Hathaway as Catwoman, Hardy as Bane in Dark Knight Rises
Sledgstone replied to DeathscytheX's topic in Movies, TV & Books
Catwoman and Bane.. and "who will be a fantastic addition to our ensemble as we complete our story." so the third movie will be his last? Interesting. I wouldn't be surprised if Batman and Superman both get reboot movies (or at least new movies with different actors and they ignore all previous movies in their series) to setup for a possible justice league movie like marvel has been doing with the avengers. and Anne Hathaway should do a better job than either michelle pfeiffer or halle berry. -

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/science/science-news/8257223/Mammoth-could-be-reborn-in-four-years.html Imagine going to a zoo to check out a woolly mammoth.. that would be pretty cool.. but not as cool as raptors.

http://www.wired.com/underwire/2011/01/captain-america-thor-photos/ Its interesting to see how the helmet works.. I thought they were going to go with more of a cloth cover to act as a secret identity thing.. but instead it looks more functional like its bullet proof. heres some more pics: http://www.wired.com/underwire/2010/11/captain-america-photos/?pid=1712

My favorite game of all time... hmm.. thats a real toss up for me, but probably Lunar Silver Star Story Complete.. then all in a tie: Final Fantasy 7, Chrono Trigger, and Final Fantasy X. I'd like to see a remake of FF7 and River City Ransom. I doubt the dreamcast or any new variation of it will ever make it big again unfortunately. Although, I agree.. the dreamcast was and is still sweet. I bought Wild Metal for it for $3 about a month ago and I was playing it off and on in november/december. I didn't beat it yet, I should play it again. and Sonic Adventure 1 & 2 on the DC are great games and still look better than the released version for the gamecube.

The next big step in space exploration/colonization/mining/everything/etc.. is a space elevator. Once we can get a space elevator in place, transporting materials back and forth from the planet to space will make things so much easier.. we could set up a solar array to power countries like in Gundam 00.. so many possibilities exist once a space elevator will be in place. lmao! X'D I'd take a million dollars to give them a look at mine. X'D

gah.. i hate the constant reboot crap.. i wish they'd just change an actor and do a movie with a decent plot... and if it doesn't follow the timeline of the previous movie, then oh well.. let it be a stand alone movie without the need for a constant trilogy of movies... just as long as no movie franchise ever turns into one of the multiple batman movies... As it is now, the new spider-man movie will be given time and money to make it into something good.. but if its just a rehash of the first movie, I don't see how it will do good. Seeing as Hulk was rebooted shortly after the first Hulk movie, it wasn't so bad because it was a vastly different movie in terms of origins, characters, etc. but from what I've seen for this spider-man remake, they have spidey's parents picked out, his uncle, etc.. it sounds like a complete redo of something we've already seen 2 movies of. (i say 2, because spider-man 3 was not good). But what will happen when this actor gets to old to play the college guy? or if the studio rushes the next 3rd movie in the series to make a quick buck? will they redo spider-man again? this time staring a teenage Justin Bieber to attract yet a new younger female audience? gah!
