Owning a backup isn't illegal. Their basis for winning is the fact that the songs were being shared with others. I guess they can win an amount like that because the amount of times those songs were downloaded off of her would have been potential revenue for them. But because she was distributing their product for free, they can get away with smacking a woman around for sums of money she'll never even own. You'd think they'd go after the people that are sharing thousands upon thousands or songs or the sites that give people the access to accomplish file sharing.

This movie was horrible. Anyone else watch it? The plot was completely sporadic and there were now real scene transitions. They were in a submarine, then in the next scene they were on snowmobiles and had heavy coats on and some other guy was guiding them... when the f*ck did they meet that guy and where are they now? Then they were in Canada and then the US and then her doctor that told her to get to the US for better treatment shows up to test her finger? Ummm... if the doctor just traveled from her location to the US with no problem, why couldn't he have just taken her with him instead of hiring Vin Diesel's character to half assidly smuggle her into the US? And then there was talk of a virus possibly killing millions of people but that plot line was completely dropped and then "5 years later... or some shit..." what!? Don't watch this movie. Its the worst movie I have ever seen Vin Diesel in. Hell, it even ranks up there as one of the worst movies ever made.

vBulletin 4 is supposed to have a really fancy attachment manager feature that is supposed to (eventually, if not right away) tie into the member albums for a much easy way to upload pictures for posting and organizing them. Until the new version is released, I've went ahead and set the AC Family usergroup to have full attachment features. Everyone can upload pictures into any topic and you all have a 10mb storage space. I've also set the thumbnails for 800 pixels so pictures will look better in topics compared to the usual avatar size you might see when an admin or mod might have uploaded a picture. This storage amount is currently separate from the user album amount which is 20mb. Also, pictures uploaded in a post are not connected to your album and vice versa. However, you can always upload a picture to your album and then post it in a topic. Once you have have used the attachment feature, you'll see a new 'manage attachments' link in your user cp at the bottom left of your settings. It will allow you to delete old attached images to make more room for new pics, etc. This of course, is still separate from the pictures uploaded to your albums. As you can see, this is just another thing that aggravates me with vb, which I hope they will fix soon. But in the meantime, feel free to upload pics into topics/photo albums/etc because eventually these two features should become one and the same. If you have never used the attachment feature before, you'll see it in the editor screen as a little paper clip image: The main point of me turning this on now is if someone wants upload a pic or two that is relevant to a topic, or maybe post a pic from a manga or something you found online but don't feel like having it in your album or maybe you want it more private for the photo album forum without having to publicly display it in your profile, etc. If you want to use an image repeatedly in other topics like a smilie or facepalm then you should upload that to one of your albums instead of attaching it repeatedly because it could just fill up your attachment storage space with multiple copies of the same uploaded pic. If anyone wants to test this for me, I'd appreciate it so I'll know I have the settings correct. btw, ".jpg" files are set for the largest image size. If you try to upload a .jpeg, rename it to .jpg and it should upload fine.

And just like that, pretty much every Espada is completely revived (or at least enough to have an exact matchup in numbers with the vizards). I'm already guessing the fat vizard with the Orihime powers will fight the skeleton death guy because of their opposite power match up of death/decay and life/restoration. btw, I have a feeling that the two captains that were fighting the primera guy are probably like the primera themselves. Watch their bankai actually involve each other in some kind of double bankai super saiyain 4 fusion.

We finally get to see what the other Kages look like at least. And low and behold, Danzo is after Kabuto for his Orochimaru experiment information. So not only does Danzo have his own root anbu/secret service to completely own all of Konoha, but he also had connections with Orochimaru all along. It makes me wonder why Danzo had no significant role whatsoever (or I should say, didn't exist as a character yet) during the many years of the manga in which Oro was alive or during Oro's primary attack against Konoha and the third whom Danzo also did not like.

I'm glad shes leaving politics. And to think the republican party wanted her to be vice president... Shes not even finishing her governor position which to me means she would have never finished her vice president role. Which is probably what McCain would have wanted anyway. He would have let her resign and put another person like himself in her place.

I've noticed the longer loaded time myself and the page loading faster isn't always noticeable to me now, but it does take less memory and I've noticed the cpu doesn't spike its ass off nearly as much on certain websites like myspace/deviantart/etc.

omfg. Just like the board game movies, hollywood thinks they can't mess up a movie if whatever they are basing the movie off of has absolutely no plot or substance. I can understand making a movie off a board game more than this tho. With something like Monopoly you have a name recognition... but Asteroids? Whats next Centipede? oh wait, I think syfy/scifi already did that.

Sasuke has resentment towards Naruto for always one-upping him during his team 7 days. I wouldn't be surprised if he wants to fight Naruto as much as Naruto wants to fight him, just to see where each one stands in terms of power.
