The current image verification is difficult even for a human. I have to click the different image button a couple of different times just to find a combo of words I can make out.

Those pixelations are there, its just that now that you are viewing them in HD the imperfections are greatly magnified. Have you downloaded HD and SD quality eps/subs and checked them against each other for the same pixelation problems? Maybe if you now crap up your display by desharpening the image and dulling down your high resolution you can go back to enjoying your SD goodness? *throws old crt monitor at you* Be happy you've moved up in the HD digital world!

Damn man, I feel your stress. Hang in there and just be glad you don't have kids to add to all that. If you feel you have too much, lighten your load a bit. You don't want to push yourself over an edge. Congrats on the new job btw! If that job is something that will last a long time tho, stick with it and focus more on it that your side jobs. Maybe finish up what you're already signed on for and then tell your job supplier buddy you have a more limited schedule? I'm not going to lie, that sounds dangerous as hell. A brake line job is extremely costly for a reason, it has to be done right. It doesn't sound like they did yours right. You probably have air in your master cylinder, I'd take it back and complain until they fix it so the light doesn't come on.

I don't think it'll result in more bot registrations. The only bot registrations we've really experienced in the past couple months all appear to have been human registered and then assigned over to bots. Before we started using the re-captcha registration we have now, any bot that initially got past the image/letter combos never had a problem getting through the follow up email verification. So I figure the email verify is nothing more than a wasted step at the moment. But then again, we'll find out soon enough.

It seems as though most of our 'verify your email address' emails sent out to new members are being buried in spam folders, or auto-deleted/denied by spam filters or other settings. So, we have decided to get rid of the verify your email process at least for now, most likely permanently. If they take out the three that made the chimera while they are weak, the chimera might just die off. But damn, that chimera seems to be mad powerful. He just pinched Matsumoto and took her out.
