My prediction for the next couple chapters: Sasuke getting sword owned, tries a different tactic and starts uses ninjutsu. Sasuke still gets owned. So, Sasuke acts all cool and tries to take him out quick with eye genjutsu for an instant win. Turns out the 8 tailed guy is either blind or some other eye impairement, hence the weird eye cover thing, and he is immune to genjutsu and Sasuke gets owned again. And in the end, the 8 tails guy goes monster on him and Sasuke has to fight the guy with a move he got from Itachi and instant wins. eh, at least this guy has some moves. And of course, they're just using akatsuki... because they are Hawk and they'll just use akatsuki to destroy konoha and then they'll overthrow akatsuki and rule the world themselves. wtf ever.

They have an obvious battle royal, with about 20+ people ready to kill the shit out of each other and everything in the manga stands still and everyone stands around to watch these four fight one on one? One Piece as probably 30 people battle royal happening all over an island area right now and the fights keep flipping back and forth and different guys get caught in another fight thats already going on... and its f*cking awesome. But here in Bleach, everyone has their individual fights that consume entire chapters and never accomplish anything.

I bet theres more than just one or two underwater islands. If fishman island is as far below the sea level as skypiea was in the sky, then there must be a string of underwater islands, just like there is a string of sky islands. So, All Blue must be a place where not only the four oceans meet up, but also the white white sea of the sky islands and I'm guessing the deep deep sea of the underwater islands. Imagine the possible monsterous fishmen or monsters that only exist in the deepest of oceans because they can't survive in normal waters because of water pressure? I bet coated ships sinking into the deep deep sea are easy pickings for Krakens.

I think Kizaru ate the light light fruit. I bet he could run around the planet in a heartbeat. Hawkins looks like Wicker Man. I bet hes kinda like that one akatsuki guy from Naruto, the one with the multiple hearts? Like when Hawkins got kicked, it costed him two lives. If he has 10, he could probably take 10 mortal blows without affecting him physically or affecting his fighting performance? Dinosaur/T-Rex Zoan type!? Holy shit! And those Kumas must be android copies, but if thats the case, why did that one bleed? Are they cyborgs and not full robots!? So much is going on! ahhh!!!

Deadliest Catch was a good show and it was interesting. But damn, its beyond played out... much like "Dirty Jobs" was. Every weekend was a Dirty Jobs marathon for the longest time. I've seen every episode of Dirty Jobs, but if I see it on the channel, I won't even bother watching it again.. just like Deadliest Catch. Its all incredibly boring now. You have a good point. Those 4 shows are on all the time. Aside from Modern Marvels showing older technology sometimes or maybe mega disasters, these shows really have nothing at all to do with the history channel.

http://dvice.com/archives/2008/07/new_gun_tech_le.php I read about this and thought about that Judge Dredd gun. This could be the beginning of an insane weapon. The next step would be to voice command the gun. Judge: "Gun, full velocity and rapid fire" *hand gun shoots like an uzi*

Thats so nice. ;_; But they both could have been accidentally killed so easily...

http://www.scifi.com/battlestar/video/index.php?clip=4⊂=specials I don't know about this one. It doesn't look impressive at all. Almost reminds me the Sarah Connor Chronicles.

Thank god for shark week. We shouldn't have to see Deadliest Catch until next Sunday. Now that you mention those CSI shows, even tho I never watched them, I see them on the cable guide probably as frequently as Deadliest Catch.

Code Gaess or Full Metal Panic?
Sledgstone replied to Samara's topic in Anime / Animation / Manga / Comics
I've never seen Code Gaess, but Full Metal Panic is a favorite of mine. We got the FMP TSR boxset at rightstuf a couple months ago when it went on sale. Excellent series. Kaname is so sexy. Poor Sousuke tho, hes always getting in trouble. BTW, the Rugby episode in FUMOFFU is the best ever. X'D -
The begging of the second season didn't look interesting to me. The virus affecting the crew was done with a previous shadow virus that caused hallucinations and a guy that had some virus-like charisma, then there was the crystal forest thing that infected/possessed others, blah blah blah. I didn't even bother watching it. I did watch the episode last night tho, because there was a possibility of Telah or Ronin leaving the series.. But no, same as always there is no suspense because in the end you already know everything is going to work out fine and their team is together. Telah even re-joined her team. Sure, she has no worries about dieing in battle or being taken prisoner. Because she knows she'll never die, just like if she even gets kidnapped, she'll always be rescued. What a load of shit. This show reminds me of the short lived Painkiller Jane series. That series failed because there was never any progression of an overall plot, and every misc episode is about something happening to their crew but making out of it ok. Battlestar Galactica is a far superior show because anyone could die at any given time in any episode. Not just a season or mid-season finale, but at any time. If you missed an episode you probably missed something vital to the overall plot. Of course even that show has a few dud episodes, but nothing like the never-ending Atlantis series. The only significant plot twist in the series was when Carson died. It was completely unexpected and dramatic. I was shocked. But then the series turned even more to shit by bringing him back into the show. By doing that, they destroyed the only significant plot twist that ever took place in the series. Highly disappointing. And I think they brought him back because of some dumb ass fan petition to bring him back!? wtf!? Maybe if I make a petition and get a bunch of people to sign it online, we can get new writers and a decent plot.

Yes, I could care less if GH had a mid-season finale as you can watch any episode in any order. But for a serious drama show like BSG or a series with an ongoing plot like Stargate, it annoys the absolute hell out of me. As for Atlantis, I already skipped one episode of it. As for why, I'm making another topic. As for leaving me wanting more of Atlantis for 6 months for the remainder of the season, they didn't.

I wouldn't be surprised if they re-named TLC to "The Life Channel" soon. Just like Cartoon Network is more or less now "CN", with CN playing live action movies at least once a week I wouldn't be surprised if the channel was just known as "CN" in the near future with no mention of the word cartoon anymore. And Discovery channel should be renamed to the Crab Channel. F*cking Deadliest Catch was just on again. I swear to god. yeah, you're right. I completely forgot Ice Road Truckers was History Channel. Just goes to show how every channel is getting f*cked by idiot's that keep changing their lineups. Discovery Science and History International are still both decent. But I still see commercials for deadliest catch and ice road truckers on them. F*ck that!

Yeah, at least the 8 tails guy looks like hes a bad ass. But just when you think it might be interesting to actually see a fight (eight tails vs. Jugo), they don't show it. Even if it was a one sided three hit fight, he could have spared a couple panels just to show off this guy's skill. Also, just goes to show Sasuke's team must not be nearly elite enough to have even been considered to join akatsuki. The way they're being portrayed, they seem like just Sasuke's lackys and no more elite than the average chunin. Also, has anyone else wondered why Sasuke even re-named their group "Hawk", when just a chapter later they all wear akatsuki cloaks? Wouldn't everyone just refer to them as Akatsuki?

Instructions to make: St. Louis style ribs Ingredients: - Package of St. Louis style ribs - 2 to 3 lbs - 1/2 to 1 bottle of KC Masterpiece Original BBQ Sauce - 1/2 shot of Maker's Mark whiskey - Tablespoon of honey Instructions: 1) Boil your ribs in water, they'll boil faster if you keep it covered. Once the water starts boiling, boil the ribs about 15 minutes to a 1/2 hour until they are mostly cooked. Or all the way cooked if you want. For these ribs, I boiled them about a 1/2 hour until their internal temperature was 175 degrees. Pork is fully cooked at 170 degrees, so these ribs were already fully cooked before I put them on the grill. (I use my little meat thermometer all the time now. ) 2) While the ribs are boiling, turn your grill on to start heating up and also, get your sauce ready. Usually I use just plain KC Masterpiece because when that sauce is cooked on the grill, alot of the moisture cooks out of the sauce and it thickens up perfectly for ribs. For this recipe, I used half a bottle of the sauce, squeezed in about a tablespoon of honey, and added half a shot glass of whiskey for a little kick. The alcohol will cook right out of the sauce, so it just adds flavor, like I said, a little kick. 3) Once the ribs are finished boiling, remove them from the pot and let them cool off a little. You can refrigerate them for 15 minutes if you want, but I just let them sit out at room temperature about 5 minutes. 4) Now that the grill is nice and hot, turn off the burner you'll be putting your ribs over (left burner is off in this pic) and keep the other burner on high. This will let the ribs cook with indirect heat. Put your ribs on the top rack of your grill, coat one side, flip it and then coat the other side. Close the lid and let the grill heat up those ribs for a good 10 minutes. 5) Flip the ribs over and this time, heavily coat the top with sauce, let it pool up on it so it'll be really thick. Close it up and let it cook another 10 minutes. Flip the ribs again and repeat another thick layer, this time turn on the left burner on low to add more heat. Keep repeating this process one or two more times if you have enough sauce. 6) Take the ribs off the grill, the sauce should be really thick now. Let the ribs cool down a couple minutes before you cut them. 7) Look at those ribs. Enjoy! After eating these, the sauce does need a bit more sweetness to it. Add another tablespoon of honey or dissolve about a 1/4 cup of sugar into the sauce before putting them on the ribs.

Well, I drilled out a spot on the fender bar so I could attach a chain mount to it for a connection point for my tow strap hook. Heres the hook attached to the chain mount: Another angle: Attached to a pine tree for an ancor support. Pulling resulted in slight movement of the crumpled bar, before the metal started giving away on the chain mount. So, I used a rubber mallet and started whacking it and hitting parts back into place. Another angle: The hood does close a little more level now. I'm going to use a small pry bar and rubber mallet to try and straighten it out more. As long as I can get it straightened enough for my headlight to mount back in correctly, it'll be good enough.

My Saturn was in an accident almost 2 years ago with a SUV. The SUV hit the front right of my car, busted my flip up headlight and slightly crumpled the radiator support bar as seen in these pics. The left flip up headlight was destroyed a few days later at Sam Dell, the car dealership my insurance made me take my car to for a damage estimate. The Sam Dell idiots ripped the good headlight off instead of taking it off to look at the bumper closer, which had no real damage. But because they are idiots they damaged my car more than the accident did by doing their front end dismantling to finish their estimate. F*cking money grubbing assholes f*ck up my car so much I had to get it towed out of there so they couldn't hold it hostage in an attempt to force me to use them to repair my car. Instead, I have been going to the scrap yard "Pick 'N Pull" and have been getting new pieces, namely: headlights, fender, hood, and wheel well. I now have all the pieces I need and now I just have to put everything back together.

I used my new drill the other day with a circular sanding bit to smooth out the sharp edges of some wire shelving pieces I cut to make into an outdoor guinea pig cage. The drill worked great, provided plenty of power and it doesn't seem like it drained the battery in the slightest. The only problem I had was with the trigger. While pressure sensitive like most drills, you really had to put more pressure on the trigger than most other drills I've used. While this isn't a problem in short use, holding it in a long duration like sanding something started to weaken my finger a bit.
