Thanks for sharing the knowledge with us Lady

I agree. I was considering seeing it to see how much it sucks..but after seeing the trailer..I don't want to waste my money. After seeing this, I cringe at the thought of a REmake of The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

Damn it. So the time in my life when I have the time to go back to school and the fucking economy takes a shit. So this means I can't get a car loan for that newer car I wanted after mine DIED, I can't get a grant for college now, and who knows I may not have a job here in a few. Sounds like the damn apocolypse. Maybe now the american people can take back control of our lives. after all the constitution says "we the people' Oh yeah...and FUCK Palin for saying polar bears are not endangered. Dumb ass can't even manage her own fucking state, let alone her tiny town of butt fucking nowhere, so she sure can't handle being VP.

Near-death experiences: What really happens? Scientists studying the brain, consciousness of people on the verge of dying By LiveScience staff updated 10:02 a.m. PT, Fri., Sept. 12, 2008 Many reports of near-death experiences sound the same: a welcoming white light and a replay of memories. But now scientists aim to study what really happens to the brain and consciousness when someone is on the verge of dying. In a new study called AWARE (AWAreness during REsuscitation), doctors will examine patients in hospitals in Europe and North America who reach a state called cardiac arrest. "Contrary to popular perception, death is not a specific moment," said leader of the study Dr. Sam Parnia of the University of Southampton in the U.K. "It is a process that begins when the heart stops beating, the lungs stop working and the brain ceases functioning — a medical condition termed cardiac arrest, which from a biological viewpoint is synonymous with clinical death." Story continues below ↓ advertisement Science has long struggled to define death, and to determine when the precise moment of death occurs. Now though, most doctors consider death more of a process than an event. A person is thought to have died when he stops breathing, his heart stops beating, and his brain activity ceases. "During a cardiac arrest, all three criteria of death are present," Parnia said. "There then follows a period of time, which may last from a few seconds to an hour or more, in which emergency medical efforts may succeed in restarting the heart and reversing the dying process. What people experience during this period of cardiac arrest provides a unique window of understanding into what we are all likely to experience during the dying process." Click for related content Ever had a near-death experience? Discuss it on Newsvine Previous research suggests about 10 to 20 percent of people who live through cardiac arrest report lucid, well-structured thought processes, reasoning, memories and sometimes detailed recall of events during their encounter with death. One study found that people who reported peaceful feelings, bright light and out-of-body experiences during a brush with death are more likely to have had difficulty separating sleep from wakefulness in their everyday lives. Both before and after their near-death experiences, these people often have symptoms of the rapid-eye movement (REM) state of sleep while awake. The AWARE researchers want to find out what happens to the brain when a person's body has started to shut down, whether it is possible for people to see and hear during cardiac arrest, and what's going on during out of body experiences. The launch of the AWARE study was announced at an international symposium at the United Nations Sept. 11. Don't miss this on msnbc.com Health

Well, it all depends on how you raise your dogs. If you socialize your dog with children, other dogs and people they will be people friendly. When I was a child we had weinerdog and beagle. They were sweet dogs. I am very very good in my dog breeds so if you pick one of these breeds and want some info I will be glad to fill you in. Also, take into consideration possible health problems later on in the dog's life because they can become costly. Example: my mother in law has dalmations and they are having hip problems, which is not un common in that breed. Good Luck! Here is a list of Medium sized dogs: Airedale Terrier American Eskimo American Staffordshire Terrier American Water Spaniel Australian Cattle Dog Australian Shepherd Basenji Basset Hound Bearded Collie Bedlington Terrier Belgian Malinois Belgian Sheepdog Belgian Tervuren Border Collie Boston Terrier Brittany Bulldog Bull Terrier Clumber Spaniel Dalmatian English Springer Spaniel Field Spaniel French Bulldog Glen of Imaal Terrier Harrier Irish Terrier Keeshond Kerry Blue Terrier Manchester Terrier Norwegian Elkhound Parson Russell Terrier Pharaoh Hound Pembroke Welsh Corgi Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen Plott Hound Poodle Portugese Water Dog Puli Samoyed Siberian Husky Smooth Fox Terrier Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier Staffordshire Bull Terrier Standard Schnauzer Sussex Spaniel Tibetan Terrier Welsh Springer Spaniel Welsh Terrier Whippet Wirehaired Pointing Griffon

The Funk's Cable News Rant
HKofsesshoumaru replied to Crazy Gravy's topic in Rants and Raves / Issues
The media is controlled by the goverment. The goverment only wants you to see what they want you to see. Sad about the hurricane victims but yeah..I'm tired of hearing about the elections. -
What a bitch. There was this lady on the 3rd floor who would dump her mop bucket over her railing into my sister's yard where her dog was. My sister asked her to please not do that because she was afraid of the dog being posioned. The bitch dumped the remaining of the bucket on my sister's head and continued to do it time and time again. She talked to the complex owners and the nasty mop bucket bitch from the 3rd floor was evicted a short time later for numerous complaints. If you are a person who pays rent on time, and never causes a problem , then your land lord should and usually takes that into consideration. Your a good tenant and They don't want to loose tenants, but they would rather loose one rude bitch than an entire floor of people who can't stand that one bitch. Talk to the super and let him take it from there. You should be fine

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH! *screams like crazy fan at a boy band concert* some of you may already be informed but... THERE IS A NEW HELLSING COMING! CHECK OUT THE CLIPS! http://funimation.com/hellsing/?gclid=CKydxIiM05UCFQuXGgodkwUUFw It looks good! Makes up for my poor eyesballs being subjected to the photos from that crappy live action butcher of Dragon Ball Z earlier this week. There is a downside..you pay 37 something for a 45 minute video and 200 page art book. Does anyone know here I can get the other 3?

I'm not angry. If I was I would be dressed as my favorite Dragon Ball Z chracter and standing on a street corner holding a big ass sign that reads "Boycott the Dragon Ball Z movie! It's going to suck!" This movie will probably be funny. I was saying that I think it would do a world of difference if people put the same amount of money and time into life saving research as they do entertainment. I'm not saying they should stop making entertainment all together. I used to rush home to watch it too, and I agree it could have been cut down. It did get butchered after the Saiya-jin. Again, they should have stopped while they were ahead. A lot of Anime have live action versions, such as Sailor Moon and a few hentai series. This remind me.. a few years back I came across a dragonball Z/ Sailor Moon hentai manga. It was kind of insulting. Like Sailor Moon would ever go there..

Google changed their Icon today to represent this thing. Sounds interesting.

Damn it! They are f***ing it up! They should stop while they are ahead. Why do people dump so much money into crappy entertainment when they could apply it to research on cancer or something?

From the New York Post this morning... AIRLINE 'LOSES' CORPSE HORRIFIED HUBBY SUES Comments: 0 Read Comments Leave a Comment By PILAR CONCI and ALEX GINSBERG MIGUEL OLAYASuing American Airlines. Last updated: 9:07 am September 9, 2008 Posted: 4:13 am September 9, 2008 A Brooklyn man who claims he suffered the nightmare of all lost-luggage stories is demanding millions from American Airlines after it allegedly misplaced his deceased wife's body for four days. According to the lawsuit, filed last week, the body of 57-year-old Teresa Olaya was so badly decomposed when it finally arrived in Guayaquil, Ecuador, that her grieving husband, Miguel, had to forgo a traditional open-casket funeral. "During those days, a thousand things went through my mind," Olaya, 60, told The Post. "Where is she? Is she dumped somewhere like an animal? And I had no answers for my daughter. She would ask me, 'Where is my mami?' " The awful saga began on March 28 when Olaya lost his wife of 26 years to pelvic cancer. He made arrangements with a Brooklyn mortuary, DeRiso Funeral Home, to fly her body back to Ecuador. DeRiso, which is also named as a defendant in the suit, did not respond to a request for comment. Olaya, who came to the United States in 1994, flew to Guayaquil with his 16-year-old daughter, Laura, ahead of the body to begin making arrangements. But on April 1, when Teresa was slated to arrive on an American flight, officials at the airport had no answers for Olaya. So he returned to the airport the following day, only to be given different - and sometimes contradictory - information. One official told him the body was in Miami, another that it was in Guatemala City. When Teresa's body finally arrived late at night on April 4, Olaya saw that it hadn't been property refrigerated. "When I opened the casket, it was a terrible shock," said Olaya. "I still can't get it out of my mind" "They treated the body like a piece of baggage," said lawyer Christopher Robles, who said his client was seeking an unspecified seven-figure sum. "They didn't keep it refrigerated." A spokeswoman for the airline said the company could not comment on pending litigation. alex.ginsberg@nypost.com

This lady is going to sink McCain. I cannot believe that her 17 year old daughter is pregnant and she is against sex ed in schools. It's total unfair for her to make a rape victim bear the child of their rapist. Abortion should be used for rape victims, incest victims or for medical reasons. Her idea of drilling here dosn''t solve are fuel issue, and it adds to the destruction of our enviorment. We need to continue to find alternatives to oil. Cleaner burning and energy efficent methods to power our cars. I can't stand this woman.

Baby info and pics!!!
HKofsesshoumaru replied to HKofsesshoumaru's topic in Rants and Raves / Issues
Thank you! I am so glad to not be pregnant (and so is my husband and family.) I guess I was a near unbearable bitch. I didn't think I was that bad...maybe a bit of a whiner..lol But seriously, with all the pre term labor, unability to keep down most foods, infection of both kidneys and not barely being able to walk at the end of it, I am grateful I survived this pregnancy. I thought for a while that I was going to miscarriage with all the preterm. I look at my son sometimes and cry. He is so amazing and quite the miracle. My husband and I were so blessed and I am totally in bliss. Even having to get up every few hours at night, being peed on (little boys pee huge and high streams of urine at diaper changes and if you ain't perpaired you can get it in the face.) and the neediness of a newborn, it is so worth it. I seriously love it. Thanks for your comments and checking out my pics! -
I couldn't quite remember how to put pics on here but I thought it would be better to to direct everyone to my album "baby pics" under my profile. There were quite a few I wanted to share. I didn't want to make this post super long. Surgery went very very well. WAY better than my first c section. I was in the hospital a whole 48 hours and I am bouncing back quickly and easily. The baby is well. He is VERY alert. Always checking stuff out with those dark blue eyes of his. He gets the eyes from his dad since mine are grren. He was smaller than what they said he would be. The doc said he would be 8 1/2 to 9 1/2 pounds but that wasn't the case. Here is the baby's info: Name: Atreyu Marcelo Garcia Born: August 29th 2008 @ 7:26am Weight: 7pounds 12 oz. Length:`19 1/2 inches long Head: 13 3/4" Chest 14" I was born 7 pounds 13 oz and I was 20 1/2 inches long. My son and I are like a inch off of each other. LOL

Finally this pregnancy is over! Yeah! My surgery (c section and cutting of tubes) starts early tomorrow (the 29th) morning so I will be out for a few days and away from my computer. I will post pics of baby in a few days. Wish me luck! This is a pretty easy surgery, and since I have already had a c section I know what to expect. Thanks to all of you who listened to me bitch (or just ignored those posts.) for the past few months. You guys all rock!
