Yea I agree. DBZ really doesn't need a complicated story plot but the Hollywood is butchering it and making it look like Highschool Musical. Just stick to the core of what DBZ is and there you have something awesome even with the low budget film like that can do.

I drink keystone. It's cheaper like $5 than Bud light that I use to drink and with better taste. I think I killed my liver drinking 10+ beer a day for about a year though. I have limited my drinking habit to 2-4 beer a day now since last week. I'm trying to quit cause I don't have much money left.

I couldn't ask her out to lunch even if I had the chance because I have class afterwards. One thing I noticed while I was talking with her was that I never got that butterfly feeling on my stomach and that's why I wasn't nervous and manage to joke around with her. You can interpret that as she made me comfortable but doubt it. She looked back every day towards me (she still do but now she stands up rather like throwing something away and then walk back to her seat or adjusting her clothes while looking towards me - although not as obvious ever since I tried to duck and cover a lot) and I guess I liked the attention from her. Maybe it's just all coincidence, however. If you ask me if I like her or not, I can honestly say I don't know, although she is somewhat pretty in my book. I'm pretty much satisfied at this point that she doesn't find me a creep. At least I ruled that one out.

I appreciate/d all the comments. Okay a little bit of update. Today we had another activity and finally I get to be a partner with her. As I was pulling my chair to her desk, she said something about a cocktail party and I basically ignored it. She was smiling and opened up to me immidiately so I didn't know what to say at that point because she caught me off guard so I just nodded and smiled as I sat facing her. I'll explain about the cocktail party thing later. Okay so we were dialoguing and it was about telling about ourselves as if it were a speed dating or something. We were joking around, smiling and laughing together. She didn't look away when I looked at her directly. The dialogue we were given were specific like ask partner's age, occupation, and whatnot in Chinese and out of the blue I complemented her hair because she dyed her hair and I said she looked good. She had redhair and dyed it dark so I also talked about how redheads will be extinct in 100 years (I know so random; I'm really embarassed now that I brought that up lol). As I was leaving the table, she said something in Chinese with a big smile on her face and I smiled back as I pulled away. The dialogue was about a cocktail party and we were intruducing to each other after I got to my seat and read the instruction haha.. So yea anyway, there is other guy (totally different guy who usually was absent except for this week) and he sits on the same table with her but towards the end of the wall side. This guy is actually nice to me too and I've talked to him briefly couple times in the past. I think he is very friendly person and I have no ill feeling towards him, just a bit jealous now though. But anyway, after the dialogue thing, she didn't have a book with her today and the Prof wanted us to read another Chinese dialogue and he shared the book with her because they were on the same table (this happened like 10 mins prior at the end of class time). I saw her laughing and they were talking and I overheard him asking her to go to lunch with him. After the class, I have another class and I was passing the cafe, I saw them eating together outside. But you know what I think, I think she has a boyfriend, but not from our class. I noticed her wearing a same scarf two class day in a role, which means that she probably is hiding a hickie and probably got it from her boyfriend. Strange thing is this week she's been dressing up, dying her hair, and wearing a skirt for the first time on Monday because she always wore pants. I didn't see a hickie although it seems pretty obvious. I think she is genuinely friendly to others and she definitely isn't shy talking to someone like me who she had never convo with before. It still doesn't explain some of her actions like today why she all of a sudden opened up to me and her past actions but I'm glad to know she doesn't think I have a cootie at least. Is this the biggest mixed signal in the face of the planet or what?

With some odd reason, we have never gotten a chance to talk. And like I said, I'm always late to class - and leave class either early or late depends on my mood. There is other group activity where more than 3 or 4 people gather to do Chinese lesson, but we never meet even when the Prof lumps us together. She sat on the front sit like I said but that sit was usually empty and that's where the assigning sheet usually was. When I walked to that class and walked towards it, I saw her and I was like nooo my plan is ruined. Anyway it took awhile to search for the assigning sheet because she shoved it aside. Either she tought I was a creep or she might have stared. Did she plan this? Is she always one step ahead of me? But I'm starting to see a connection between her and that guy she sat next to. My observation is that she doesn't mind talking to him, and she didn't mind sitting next to him, even though for only one time. She looked at him more than couple times today which was unprecedented and I think now that she likes him while doesn't mind looking at others as well. I'll just pretend I figured this one out and move on. But why does she move her seats so much? If she sit next to the guy she likes on his left side, she doesn't have to worry about me looking at her because that would be the way other side where I can't see her. Bah whatever. I'll post anything interesting happening other than confusion. I doubt it'll change.

It's only going around in circle, DX. We are both saying the samething yet opposite means to each other by saying - "don't be too naive to believe famous atheletes don't to drugs," and "don't be too cynical that everyone does it." You have no proof that Phelps uses other drugs either so you can't tell me that I shouldn't say such and then turn around and say he will never be found positive of drugs. And while you are busy dissecting the difference between cheating and getting high, you forgot that there are rules and regulations placed in both here and sports world. By displaying disrespect to these rules and regulations here in reality and doing so blatantly, it is only suspicious that he'll do the same to the sports he is in, wheather he is good at hiding or getting help from his supporters or even bribes. The USA Swimming banned him for 3 months and one of his sponsors dropped him. That's there part of punishing him. And I hope he sure gets it in the world where people worship the rich, the famous, and celebrities. And I believe he deserves to go to jail especially because he smoked pot with college students which he was not part of that University. The picture proved that he was smoking pot because he admitted it. Did he have a possession and brought to a party? Did he share with others including minors? Can there be more charges that he can face in the future if the patter continues? Probably. I can't read other people's minds especially on internet and that was really bad sarcasm if I ever saw one by others about weed is a stimulant. I've never said it, and I never accused you of twisting my words or what your intentions were by doing so in this thread. The one thing bothered me about your post was that you don't have to cheer for your team to be a patriotic. But then again I think we've already discussed about Americans' priority and interests of Superbowl and Olympics in America some time ago.

ARRRGGG..I think she reads here. She sat on front the 1st role table when I was going to do that today. X'd Lol it was funny because today I buried my head and only tried to look at books and notes. But I did notice she turns her head towards the guy who she once sat next to. In fact, she turned her head towards him about 5 times, which she never did that many. Now that I think of it, when she moved one seat away from me, it could mean that she was trying to sit behind that guy. I'm not sure. But then she could've choose to sit near to him today but she didn't. Five sits away diagonally actually. She also turned back towards me but I had a guy sitting in front of me so I used him as a shield. I did peek at her carefully and that was when she was just finished eating her banana and I was like..damn I missed it.

Is it surprising for me that many American atheletes cheat and concluding that Phelps might have or did cheat because of his resume of DUI and smoking pot? It's only logical to be suspicious and thinking so. What is illogical is your thinking that "he will never be positive (for drugs)" just because he is famous. He deserves to go to jail for the slap on the wrist for his DUI charge for one and smoking pot and getting caught. People like you and me go to jail for this without mercy.

You would be right if atheletes don't find a new way to cheat. I mean, why upgrade the steroid detection anymore now that there is no way to cheat on steroids? That's like saying we don't need to upgrade antivirus systems because we are already advanced as it is. People will always come up with a new way to cheat and I'm suspicious that pot smoking alcoholic like Phelps isn't innocent. It'll take years but I'm sure Phelps will get caught. Picking on me? No, because I never said the pot was a stimulant. I used the plural some kind of illegal stimulants. And I hope Phelps goes to jail like rest of others who do get caught. I'm also sick of celebrities getting slap in the wrist when they commit crimes. Was Phelps dumb for smoking pot? Yea, pretty much.

Seriously, that's why I mentioned Marion Jones, who used STEROIDS that took years to detect. I guess you guys don't even know who she is. 5 other American Olympians were caught in 2008 and stripped of their 2004 medals and I guess that's just a myth too. Show me where I said pot is a performance drug, please. It doesn't take YEARS to get caught. If Phelps don't have self control, he'll take anything to either enjoy or win to cheat and I'm sure he has. Why not allow alcohol to Olympians while they compete so they can relax from the stress since it doesn't help the performance either. Anyway, never come between pot users and their celebrities I'd say. Pfft.

He smoked pot in November, right? I don't know where you get the indication that he smoked pot during the Summer. Marion Jones went to jail for steroids and lying about it. I'm saying if Michael Phelps "breaks the law" by smoking pot, then I'm not surprised that he may have used some kind of illegal stimulants to cheat that weren't detected and that's why it takes years to catch them. Correct me if I'm wrong, but penality for smuggling drugs or selling drugs in China is punishable by death or heavy jail time, if he indeed use something during his competition.

I think it is a big deal at some level and those sponsors like Kellogs has a right to drop him for their money and image, which targets young children and young atheletes I suppose. I always wondered if he used some kind of illegal stimulants to cheat to win those Olympic medals, just like Marion Jones who was caught years later and had to forfeit her gold medals and went to jail. I'd say it is only a matter of time before Phelps gets caught red handed since they still have his blood samples that can't be detected yet. Plus he is a millionaire and set for life so it's not like he lost everything and my sympathy doesn't reach that high.

My bad GG, I thought you were. ; I've been thinking about this again and I thought if she felt comfortable enough to take her shoes and socks off and rub her feet in front of me, that means she doesn't feel threatened by me. But at the same time it could mean that she doesn't care about what I think of her, but I still can't say why she keeps her distance yet looks at me if she doesn't care what I think of her. She isn't looking at the clock behind me, she looks at me when she doesn't have to. She goes on her way out to look at me everyday at least once and it's confusing. Oh, and very importantly she doesn't dress up for class to impress anyone. She wears a same jacket almost everytime I see her. I'll might wear a tight shirt tomorrow to show some skin (Don't worry, I know I look ridiculous in it) just to see her reaction, and I'll might sit on the 1st role of the table since I'm stuck on the 4th role table at this time. If I end up sitting behind her again, I'm just gonna stare her back like some of you guys proposed to do, with an annoyed face or something. If she sits somewhere else (I'm always like 10 mins late to class), then it's a sign most likely that it was nothing, although being absent for that Friday might gave her the wrong sign that I'm not interested in her because she showed her barefoot.

Due to other exam that I have to take tomorrow (Fri), and I really have to study in the morning and I'm already tired, I'll might skip Chinese class tomorrow. I've been planning that since wanting to know how she would react me being gone for a day and how that will affect her. I don't wanna talk about my homework. I don't wanna make myself look dumb. LOL. But I do remember now why she started to sit away from me. We had a dialogue once and I couldn't remember her Chinese name (we were all given or choose Chinese name based on whatever fits our name) even after I asked her what it was as a part of dialogue. But I don't know that has anything to do with it. How's that make me want to talk to her though lol. I often take my glasses off during class because I'm still not use to it, even though I had it for a decade, unless I have to look at the notes from the projector or whatever, and I don't like to wear it so sometimes I can't tell exactly what is going on in front of me. And when she is looking (turn around to look towards me, with me glasses on or not), that's when I look away from her (she sits in front of me so I have nowhere else to look but to turn my head to side, like I don't know what she is up to and making me feel uncomfortable) and that's when she looks away also. She's doing a pretty good job of weirding me out. I don't know. It just became so awkward for me to talk to her now. It's all up to her if she wants to start conversation. That's my take on it at least.

There is this girl in my Chinese class. She talks to others but not me, usually talks to girls in class though. Vise versa I talk to other guys but not her. Generally we don't talk much to others because there isn't much time anyway, just talking about our homework and whatnot. She keeps her distance away from me but not totally. She looks at me at least once every class period, whether she has to turn around or turn her head to the right or left whatever. One time she stared at me for the whole 3-5 secs and I pretended I didn't notice her. She had been sitting one seat away from me to the left side. She played with her hair and stuff, but not always. We sat on the same table and no one sits behind us. We were sitting on the 3rd role table. Then all of sudden last week she sat one more seat away from me to the left and I was like hmm did I annoy her somehow? Do I smell? Then this Monday she sat on the 2nd role table because my Prof's supervisor took my seat, but she still turned around and looked towards me when my name was called, and I haven't noticed her doing that to other people who sits on the back that day other than group activities where we had to speak Chinese dialogue to each other as the Prof calls on you. But we weren't dialoging. She didn't have to turn around but she did just like many other times. Today she took my seat (where superviosor was seating) so I sat behind her on the 4th role table. And something unexpected happen. She took one of her shoes off and starts rubbing her feet, showing some skin (socks half way off). She sat kinda crooked so I had a full view of her half naked feat. I don't have a foot fetish btw but WOW. haha. That was hot. Anyway I almost burst out laughing because one of her socks had those cute animal patterns on it which I thought was so cute. And she turned around yet again when my name was called. Again we weren't dialoging and she didn't have to turn around. But she never sits next to me and she puts a bag over to her next seat so no one could seat near her. Only time she sat near to someone was to some guy because of that supervisor taking my seat but I haven't noticed her playing with her hair nor taking her shoes off while she sat in the 2nd role table. She could have sat next to him today but she didn't. BUT she didn't play with her hair today. She kinda tucked her hair to her front. What do you make out of this? I would gladly seat somewhere else if I'm somehow repulsive to her (she never made a face with disgust although I look away when she does that because she is making me uncomfortable) or if she just want to be friendly and talk to me and stuff I have no problem with doing that either. Oh, I have to mention this. On the first day of class, I sat on the 3rd role table where I've been sitting the whole time until last week, and she sat on the 4th role table where I'm sitting now but only for one day cause she sat on my left side one seat away from me on the 3rd role table until like last week or so. So what do you think of this? Am I just thinking too much about nothing? Maybe she just had a sore foot.

I never noticed any storms here. It was freaking hot or at least chilly in the morning but that's it.

I think they relaxed on some regions but yea they have that in populated area. Not One Less is a good movie made in 2000 about poor farm regions in China. The 13 year old girl who volunteered to be casted had siblings. Imagine though, you keep aborting babies until you get it right. X_x
