browsing netflix movies for 20s/30s era recently and highwaymen looked interesting so i started watching and didnt even know it was about bonnie & clyde. heard about them for years but never bother to read or watch books/movies about them. kinda slow at times but it was good. i watched 1967 version after this but that was a bit lame. loved this one. worth watching. wont say much dont want to spoil. should have turned it off when i saw sheea labeoif whatever his name was on lol. 3 brothers bootlegging during prohibition in 30s. only saving grace was gary oldman playing a badass character so i kept watching lol horrible horrible just horrible if anyones interested about this incident then you ought to just watch documentaries on youtube bc thats much better than this garbage

^ texas lifted mask mandate back in march but majority of businesses still have mask requirement in place so yeah it sucks. but now texas governor is going furthur and banning mask mandate from public places like schools and other govt owned properties starting june but says businesses are still allowed to impose mask requirement if they wanted to. only place i know that removed it completely is walmart but i hardly ever go there. but my bank is still drive through only but other banks are back to normal so wth and i didnt think asking around about vaccines could be offensive bc we all have been doing that since it came out lol. mostly they ask me first but there are lot of mixed reactions. most of them are skeptical and wont take it. had a pepsi delivery guy complaining to me last week that his company is offering him and his family 3 shots bc their reasoning is 3 shots are better than 2 and says theres no way in hell they are going to make him their guinea pig. i mean no shit thats flat out dangerous. what are they thinking O_o on the other hand yesterday this one guy was super excited that he got his very first shot and says its gonna help prevent cancer and im like okaaaay good for you..lol.

^ ever since i was little, my grandma warned me not to answer back at a voice im not familiar with, if i do, ill get possessed. when i first came to the States, i use to live in an old house which i believed was haunted. so one day i was lying down in a downstairs hallway (it leads to a small restroom but the hallway itself is very narrow and dark), i hear a woman's soft voice calling my name, like whispering but didnt sound friendly at all. i stayed dead silent, and she called me again. now im scared..one more time she called and i stayed quiet. i was thinking to myself thats it. they only call you three times..i passed the test..then BAM a picture frame just drops like an half inch away from my face. holy shit it was a sharp corner that hit the ground first. was she trying to warn me of danger or was she angry that i didnt answer her back?? i really have no idea why i was lying there to begin with because i remember i hardly ever go in there because it feels eerie. i checked the house and no one except my mom was upstairs and she told me she never called out my name. when i told that story later on, my grandma and my mom both recall a woman calling their names in their dream telling them to come outside, including my dad but he said it was my grandpa instead, who passed away when i was two, calling him to join him. anyway i remember recieving a family photo from a mail to the right address..assuming they were the previous residents of the house..about six months after we moved in so theres really no reason why that photo showed up the way it did. and we all looked at each other like..yup.. this house is definitely haunted. O_o

yeah trailer was meh. i would have watched it if they casted original casts from xmen though..all these recasting and rebooting seemed pointless. i never was into comics so days of future past and logan timeline confused the hell out of me. and there was an old interview i saw where original xmen cast like famke janssen complaining about how they were never asked to be back..but xmen 3 did suck.

i dont think banana in a pizza is my thread lmao. i used to work at edible arrangements, cutting bananas and pineapples all morning and delivered finished products to customers. they have this unique stench that ill never forget when you add dishsoap to wash them off. now days just a sight of pineapples make me want to gag X_x man thats sad. but yeah thats life. all our days are numbered. i had dental problems recently and i keep thinking about my excoworker who died a couple years back. he was an asshole but before he died like one year prior he used all his savings to replace his entire upper teeth. i mean he didnt know he was going to die of cancer but he could have used that money to go on a vacation or on something meaningful. i feel like im wasting my life just working. i really missed a lot of important family events because of it. oh well. and i wanted to mention this also when i made this thread but never came up. about 10 something years ago, it had to be around 2008, i had a fight with my brother and he got behind me and choked me out. last thing i said was i cant breathe and next thing i know i was up in the ceiling looking down at my own body LOL. i looked to my left and theres a ceiling fan and i was like why is this fan blade so close to my face? but the cool thing was i didnt like physically move my head..its like all i had to do was think it and thats where i looked. anyway as soon as he let go, i opened my eyes O_o i was so calm and wasnt even angry anymore. i didnt feel any pain either so it was pretty cool experience. i didnt tell anyone until some years later. i didnt want ppl to think im crazy lol

^ but how many cases are not reported? 🤔 theres this old customer who got the jj vacine about a month ago. shes like in her 70s and she has some health problems before but it was only recently that she was diagnosed with arthritis and is taking blood thinner medications due to her heart condition. she also needs her lungs checked out but her appointment is not until end of june and she said hospital is keep pushing back the date for some reason. i asked her today if she thinks its bc of jj, and she said she just doesnt know if its related or not. thats some serious coincidence if not. idk it is said 26 countries have travel banned on india, i guess some countries have higher percentage of taking vaccinations than the US but it might be because there could be covid variants that they are afraid of. so even with vaccines, theres no guarantee that they are safe either. and one of customers tested positive for covid like a week after getting a vaccine. he was sick for two weeks..all the ppl he worked with got it, but he still worked and he still came into the store to buy stuff and his face was red and sweating like crazy. i had many customers who were like that showing similar symptoms, some didnt even wore a mask and telling me his or her family members are too young to shop so has no choice. i didnt care though, i had so many customers sneeze and cough at my direction even before texas mandatory mask order had been lifted like months ago so i just let them shop regardless.

my brother’s wife got a second vaccine today and its worse than first. she works at a medical company so i dont know if she had a choice. her arms are in pain and with high fever. her coworkers get different symtoms like tiredness, slept all day, or have really bad headache. some are excited johnson&johnson is releasing a one time shot vaccine but i remember they were being sued for their baby powder that was causing cancer. it was done quitely in the news but there was another person who died after taking the vaccine. i really hope it doesnt become mandatory, some countries are now considering travel ban on those who dont take the shot. and it seems like we’ll get $1400 before March. we have masks mandate for almost a year now and vaccines becoming more available but thats not good enough. im sure this covid flu will mutate and become immune to vaccine too and have more reason to control ppl

lol i only use two. main one 55" for pc use and ps4 games only, second one 43" for tv shows and movies. i unplugged samsung 32" due to conflicting remote controller issue but i had used it to play switch and ps2 games before since samsung 55" only have 2 hdmi ports. which model do you have btw? my 55" is series 6 and the reason i got it cheap was bestbuy employee told me that it was a last year's model (then) so it was on sale. havent noticed any sound issue and works great so far. only wierd thing is it wont play hd on my pc amazon prime due to hdcp error, but if i log in to tv amazon prime and it plays 4k movies no prob. my new 43” is series 8 and it gives me 4 hdmi ports, more than i need for its use.

wanted to replace my decade+ old toshiba 43" tv so went to best buy last week and bought a new Samsung 43" for under $400 with my 2nd stimulus check. i was planning to get 50" LG but lot of them are out of stock due to holiday sales and left with size either 43" or over 60+" on all their brands. some even had under $300 but had bad reviews so picked a tv thats $100 more just to be on the safe side. so now i have 3 samsungs in my room (55" bought last year under $400 also bc it was on sale and 32" one that id had it for years) with conflicting remote controllers. i tried electrical tape and mirror to block ir sensor but didnt work. i figured out only way to work them individually is to point directly at the bottom of dead center at point blank range..its okay bc they are only like one or two arm length away from each other so i can reach it easily to change channels/volumes whatever. i would like to get a bigger tv for the living room someday but i would have to rent a truck bc my car could barely fit 55" last time and i had my head pushed forward while driving and that was kinda dangerous lol..the newer samsung offers better channels but i use apple tv so i normally have my tvs disconnected from internet. amazon prime started to offer uhd on some of my fav movies so i purchased Gladiator last night. to think i had owned it on dvd and hd version so it feels like a waste of money to buy another version but it does look really good in uhd. im sure buying 8k tvs will be useless and incredibly expensive now but maybe in 5 -10 years itll be norm for most households as something probably better comes out
