  1. Not a PS+ topic but there are some pretty good sales going on right now for ps3 and ps4 games. MGS Ground Zeros is $8... for that price I might pick it up. 2. Tower of Guns is old school fps madness. 1 life and get as far as you can through randomized levels. Def one of thr better ps+ freebies.

  3. It should have been the other way around with that philosophy. Valve getting a 25% listing fee is more than fair for not having to do any work. Not every mod is going to sell thousands of copies. To play on a conspiracy theory. Valve would take 75% rather than 25%, keeping even the best modders from getting rich off their own work. The 75% was part of an evil scheme concocted by EA and Activision to make sure these modders couldn't start their own upstart independent game developer by racking up funds on successful mods. Out of the 75% of the mod proceeds, Valve really only got 25% of the profit and EA or Activision got the other 50% of it depending on who published the game getting modded.

  6. Good to see Treyarch bringing back co-op to the campaign for Black Ops 3. It adds more replay value to the non-multiplayer part of the game, and makes the harder modes more enjoyable.

Now that sounds like something I'd enjoy.

Its great because its going to call for less scripted playthrough. And the mission maps will have to be more wide open.

I've also noticed they are stealing Titan Fall's parkour mechanics. Thats one thing AW lacks and will be a welcome addition. Max freedom of movement has me spoiled.

  7. *sigh* I always considered mods as free content unlike dlc. It's one of the last PC Master Race arguments left. I enjoy things like the Macho Man mods for L4D but it's not something I'd pay for. If this leads to a policy where an insanely small precentage of mods are free like dlc is now, the modding community will die pretty fast and publishers will take it over turning micro-transactions into a norm like season passes are now. I don't like what is happening here.
  8. Axe that... no solo campaign. http://www.ign.com/articles/2015/04/17/star-wars-celebration-battlefront-does-not-have-a-campaign
  9. Here is the trailer for Star Wars: Battlefront! Available 11/17/15! While it looks pretty cool, its clearly prerendered with the game engine. I highly doubt you will be able to navigate the trees with the speeder bikes much less a big ass AT-AT. If its not prerendered, then it is taken from the scripted campaign. The shield generator is a relief. At least you will have some type of defense against the AT-AT/AT-STs. Click here to view the article

  11. Finally finished Eureka Seven years later after Adult Swim played it. Loved it overall... but the ending was overly cliché and left much to be desired. :/

Eureka Seven AO is definitely not worth your time. Its a "sequel" series and its not very good.

Ah. Thanks for the heads up.

It takes place in an alternate universe and completely throws away the ending accomplishment of the original series. Different cast, with token cameo appearances of the two main characters of the original series... one only being in the final two episodes. Also an appearance by the Gekko which was completely forced with no purpose other than to be a token cameo... lol

  13. After two years my HTC One has had a good run, but it's battery has seen better days. I just preordered the Galaxy S6 from best buy. They had a deal where it came with a free wireless charging pad.

The camera on my friend's s5 is very impressive. Big leap in quality over my s4. The s6 camera should be amazing.

Hmmm, I was thinking of trying out the Droid Turbo this time around (I'm up for a new phone in Nov). Still not 100% sure, you'll have to tell me how the S6 is (I love my S4 but I don't really know if I want the S6)

Yeah my preferences are a bit different from the hardcore. Removable batteries and micro SD slots don't matter to me. I got the 64gb version even though I never use more than half of the 32GB models I've owned. Heck, by the time you're up, the S6 active might be out with the water resistant features and what not.

  14. Titanfall was a blast to play, and I heard they added a lot since it came out. I really should check it out again. I'll def pick up Titanfall 2 when it hits PS4.
  15. Well that was an interesting ending. Morgan is back, Dianne sees Rick's side of things, Maybe Gabriel can finally get over his grief, Sasha has gone way off the deep end. The Wolves are clever with traps, but definitely lack resources when it comes to ammo. Its clear that they were the ones that were kicked out long ago, but have the recruited? Just two guys can't be a threat to the group. This also depends on policy changes within Alexandria. Will everyone be able to be armed within their home instead of just outside of the gate? The Wolves could cause pandemonium by getting a flood of walkers through the gate or walls, if the weapons stay in storage it would prove to be fatal.
  16. Space Dandy started out outrageously wacky, but toned it down with a TINY bit of seriousness and sentiment. Highly enjoyable, I hope there is a second season.

The major hangout is called "BooBies" which is basically space hooters. XD Its a quick 13 episodes. I recommend.

  17. I think they may have taken it a bit quick with the character transitions. The tone is definitely a lot closer to the graphic novel than ever before. Carol knows the signs of an abusive husband as she was married to one at the start of the series. It's crazy how she can nonchalantly tell Rick he has to kill him The preacher is right, the group will put themselves above everyone else... at least Rick and Carol will. As they each ascended to prominent roles in the community, Diane has some thinking to do.
  18. Now that I know TWD Compendium 3 will be out in october, I took the plunge and bought 1 & 2.

  19. The group has reached the safe zone and its apparent they've lost a bit of their humanity. They aren't coping well with normalcy. Rick has his eyes on another man's wife, Sasha can't deal with the community's happiness, Glen despises the way the supply runners do things like its all fun and games. While they could become toxic to the community, they are right in the fact that they've been too lucky with how careless they have been. They are easily the best security Alexandra has had.
  20. Started Basilisk. I'm liking it, but so many good fighters die so soon... Funi really pulled out there best voice actors for the dub.

    1. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

Basilisk is pretty good. I got it on dvd years ago. there were alot of interesting fighting abilities in that one. But like you said, everyone dies off so quick. It's kind of a shame its only one season.

Ever since I marathoned through 200+ eps of One Piece, I've been on a short series kick. I haven't watched an anime over 24 eps in a while. lol

I just finished this. I think they did a really poor job by painting the Iga to be the bad guys. Tenzen was evil, but its not until near the end where you find out the rest weren't bad at all.

  21. I have a whole new understanding for Arah path sellers after tonight. 5g is a fair price for the time they put into beating this dungeon. X_x

TTS def makes for a confident dungeon run. Even with people dropping, one guy pleaded for a LFG, but the leader was insistent about TTS only. I can see why. An elitist would have raged over having 2 rangers in the party. I love Dungeon night, even if it takes longer than a PUG group for other dungeons, I'm all in for ones I'm familiar with like AC and HotW. Even if it takes longer, it's content I don't regularly do like world bosses, so I enjoy it more.

    2. DeathscytheX

      DeathscytheX

I have no probs with speed runs, but when you are a slow ass guardian and you get downed trying to skip a mob it's embarrassing in a pug group with no thief. With TTS you can laugh it off. This really is the best guild to be in for a casual player that wants to experience the hardcore parts of the game.

    3. Sledgstone

      Sledgstone

I agree with that leader about tts only. Even one guy can be in the group and if someone gets a disconnect they can easily get another person in there and kick everyone else.

  23. "Alright boys and girls, this will be a no defense Tequatl map because let's face it... who needs em? If you're uncomfortable with that, you might want to head down to map 2." - TTS teamspeak quote of the week XD

Outside of the Triple Trouble meta, this accomplishment is my pride and joy. It was quite a journey.
