  1. Oh its massive... my only complaint is that you cant turn the hints off I looked it up and no one seems to know how or outright say that you cant. Thats kinda stupid. But I like how there is no kill stealing or loot stealing, You can do what ever you want while in a party... even be on totally opposite sides of a map, and if someone wants to do a part of their story you can join it from anywhere, and go back to where you were when its over. https://www.guildwars2.com/en/manual/ It wont let me link the video directly.
  2. Guild Wars 2 is half off until the 11th I believe. A few friends convinced me to buy it. I'm liking it so far. Since its been out a while I was comfortable with paying for it.
  3. Thats why its hard for me to justify paying for any MMO game when it first comes out. The success rate of not becoming free to play is so low, its never worth the gamble.
  4. Thats how I like it... it seems to have a lot of shades of grey... with all the characters, you probably choose which you will be on the good and bad side of. There seems to be a lot of different choices to make.

  7. Its not so much the spelling, but the autocorrect. I find my It's being turned into It'd... wtf? Or a simple The turned into They. Punctuation randomly placed in the middle of my typing... I'm still clumsy on a touch screen keyboard so it doesn't help much.
  8. I'm someone who generally finishes whatever I start watching, even when I know it will probably end nowhere. I've enjoyed plenty of anime that others widely regard as garbage... I wouldn't rank them anywhere in my favorites, but I liked them for what they were. For me its pretty difficult to get on my bad side.... so what are some anime/animated series you finished that you were completely let down by, felt robbed of your time, or liked all the way through only to be completely disgusted by how it ended? Don't include series that you stopped watching before it ended. Burst Angel - The premise was interesting. Some kid gets caught up in a mess of bad ass merc girls that take up dangerous jobs. The story doesn't really go anywhere, and never had any substance. It could have been really good, especially with the bad ass mecha... but it fell flat. Cat Planet Cuties - I've watched a few harem anime like Sekirei and Freezing... I liked their overall story and fight sequences... this one had neither. These types of anime have generally make me laugh hysterically, which is always a huge plus in my book... but while CPC did that at some points, it left too many loose ends, and had only one major event along with no real type of conclusion.... this is one harem anime that isn't worth anyone's time. Blue Gender - Really I can't remember too much about this anime... I watched it all the way through on Adult Swim and from what I remember, it was pretty freaking awesome... but then half way through it changed so dramatically it was like a completely different anime.... this is the part that is kinda fuzzy... I just remember the second half being bizarre... it pissed me off with how downhill and off base the series went from how it was originally presented. I remember discussing it with friends in a "wtf happened" tone... it leaves me without a desire to watch it over again to remember what happened.
  9. Probably another year. They haven't started filming yet. That's the price to pay when you don't have a mid season finale.
  10. I enjoyed my iPhone 4 while I had it, but I like the freedom android offers. I found it ridiculous that you had to go over hurdles to change your ring tone to something you already owned via an app and swapping files back and forth from PC to phone... otherwise you had to pay $1.49 for a ringtone version of a 99 cent song. There are a lot of apps on both android and apple that run better and have more options on iPhone. PicFrame and NOAA Hi-Def Radar are prime examples.
  11. The only thing I miss about iOS is it's spellchecker. Android lacks in basic predictive text and spell check. It can bring up some off the wall corrections more times than not.

This makes me wish Saturn and Mars swapped places.
  13. When I first joined AC -Facebook was for college students only, and my school wasn't on the list of those that could sign up -AIM was at is peak and Trillian was awesome -I was still in highschool -Cable/DSL was relatively new. -Kazaa and Limewire were king -Photoshop 7 was new -1.2ghz processing, 256mb of ram, with a 32gig hard drive was top of the line
  14. Once you unlock the straight pull bolt you don't have to unscope to chamber the next round. It's a life saver, but you have to give it up for the range finder temporarily. I like the range finder, but after using it a ton, I memorized the distances from all of my favorite spots and went back to straight pull. Yes that's the reflex I believe. The quality of the video diminished on Facebook, but I could see him as a speck. I run the heavy barrel along with the angle grip to nullify the added recoil. The gun is a beast. You can see how little it's recoil is to begin with. No sniper stands a chance at mid range. its 2-3 body shots max to kill anyone. On Hainan I can stick around the resort grounds and pop people across the water at other flags. It has no rival. The ACOG on any DMR doesnt work too well for me. The sight feels overly affected by muzzle climb... the reflex and holo sights are better suited for DMRs IMO. The SKS is the fast track way to get to the ACE due to its good damage, ultra fast trigger pull, and limited recoil.

Might have posted this before.... but speaking of Star Wars... that ending
  16. Watched the first ep of Attack on Titan... interesting. I'll keep watching as long as they post the dub every week after it airs on Toonami.

Its done by the same guy that did High School of the Dead and Death Note... so far the violence is evident of that.

    2. Sledgstone

I did not know that. Now I definitely want to watch it.

    3. Pchan

      Pchan

The most grossly over-rated series to come out in recent time. Good luck guys! You'll be left waiting for any depth or intelligence in plot outside of the overly predictable and not to forget, emo story.

  17. I like the sounds of the monsters and the sound track so far from that clip. I wonder if it will follow the classic form of Godzilla getting his ass kicked, and then regrouping to wreck its ass mercilessly. The Asia trailer shows a different encounter of the beast flying towards Godzilla. I'm going to splurge and purchase buttery popcorn and a large coke for this one. lol
  18. My favorite one with some ACE action... dude tried to steal our chopper... smh BONUS: This is what happens on Operation Locker on a Double XP weekend when you stack a 100% boost to it. Funny how this COD thread turned into a BF4 thread
  19. I quick joined this match and it was my first spawn... whattaknow?! This guy failed so bad it made for an easy shot! Sledge and I were trolling this guy that kept taking a jeep and rolling up to the same spot on the mountains of Golmud... before we lost I exacted some personal satisfaction Woo... that was close... I rarely miss, but if you hang around, you're dead.
  20. I don't even climb up the hill anymore. If you stay next to the hill, you're only exposed from one side. This one is my favorite. This clown kills me with an SMG and then stays there thinking I'm going to come back. Here is me paying Sledge back after he ended up on the other team and knew my favorite nesting spot... he tried to dance, but to no avail. XD Here is the power of the ACE-53 SV... that guy had to be pissed when it showed him what I killed him with. LOL Now for what I'm really good at... Killing choppers with an RPG: When I discovered chopper blades will detonate an RPG. It didn't save in HD, but I dont feel like redoing it.
  21. Thats an interesting method. I usally see where the bullet hits and adjust elevation from there. Sniping someone on the move is satisfying but really difficult unless they are headed towards or away from you in a straight line. Hitting snipers and flag cappers is the way to go. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing your bullet drop straight into a small puff of red when you score that headshot. lol The best place to snipe is Hainan Resort. If you start on the Chinese side you just have to walk until you see the resort, prone and set your scope distance to 300 or 400. I cant remember which, but once you get the right one you should pop skulls camping the top of the resort with dead center crosshairs . I've gone 9-15 kills in a match without dying. You wont get much XP, but you'll do some damage to your sniper rifle progression. You just have to watch out for chopper/jet ditchers that get on top of that rusted ship... but if you keep an eye on that too you should take anyone out with ease becuase they are pretty exposed. I think the scope has to be set to 200 for that location. I marked it on the map... I think. Its been a while.
  22. Yeah thats a big plus for me because I'm digging that red revolver I keep seeing in the videos. I'd definitely rock a pistol and a shotgun.... I'm interested in seeing a shotgun, they mentioned it, but I don't recall seeing any so far.
