The Boss Battle has been watered down or de-emphasized these days. What are some of the hardest, grueling boss battles you can remember as a kid? Those bosses you hated to face, but felt so rewarded when you finally beat them? 1. Quick Man from Mega Man 2.... This guy was so hard if you didn't know his weakness... You were already mentally exhausted from his insanely hard level. If you didn't know Flashman's weapon was his weakness after you used it all up getting to him... it was a feat to beat him when it could have been so easy... Anyone who played Mega Man 2 probably saved him for last. This guy used Crash Bombs which ive never seen before. 2. Psycho Mantis from Metal Gear Solid OMG... talk about frustration. First he moved your controller on the floor if you had dual shock, then he read your save files on what games you like... and then... HE KNEW EVERYTHING YOU WERE GONNA DO!! It didn't matter how fast you pressed the buttons, He was always a step ahead. How were you suppose to know that you had to use the 2nd player controller to beat him? This was innovative and awesome... He was an easy boss when you found out how to beat him... but until then, he was impossible and had you like WTF?!?!!?!!

Who owned an Atari 2600? Who's even played Atari? If you're an old man like me, what where you're favorite games?! Defender was my all time favorite... I didn't know what the hell was going on, but flying the ship and blasting lasers was so cool as a kid. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sBeCJzg6L8I Yar's Revenge! That little line that followed you around and killed you if you let it touch you... UGH!! I had nightmares about that thing...

If you like the M27, just way til you get the SCAR and the AN-94. Here are some screen shots I took from elite. My vaunted FAL class... I use always on Slums, Carrier, Meltdown, Overflow, Raid, Sometimes on Hijacked Yemen, and Cargo If I have a bad connection, then I swap it up with the PDW Oh yeah... I use it on Turbine, Drone, Standoff, Plaza, Express, Aftermath, and copy sometimes from FAL.

I just played Hardcore TDM... the only reason I don't like it is I cant wildly lob grenades since you can kill your own teammates... but the damage increase to all guns is wicked. One shot for the SWAT-556... I went 33-11 and somehow my team still lost because someone went 0-21... 0-21!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! COD only allows 20 clips... I got most my kills in it. Im using the PDW-57 Now that I have Ghost permanently unlocked and supressors on many of my firearms. This game has become a lot more enjoyable.

The raptors were my favorite since the first movie, but I will say I was disappointed when i found out that that real velociraptors were hardly larger than chickens.- 7 replies

Yeah. The spinosaurus thing was meh to me as well. The whole scene killing T-Rex just seemed forced trying to portray it as superior, but it wasn't anywhere near as epic... it just looked like a stupid deformed crocodile. They also tried way to hard with the "smart raptors". The action was cool, but that was about it.- 7 replies

I've heard of the Bronies, I've also noticed Adventure Time is picking up a lot of popularity amongst the older crowds. -

Certainly we all had childhood heroes, or people we looked up to as a youngster... Real or ficition who were you awe struck by in your youth? As if it was no big surprise Macho Man Randy Savage was one of my heroes as a kid. I went against the grain with Hulkamania. Savage became my favorite wrestler out of my sheer hate for the Nature Boy Ric Flair... I hated how he always won when I was a kid, and when Savage kicked his ass for the World Heavyweight Championship, he became my favorite, and his crazy persona solidified that throughout his career. Plus Miss Elizabeth was one of my very first childhood crushes! As I was growing up my parents introduced me to Superman at a young age, I had many VHS tapes of the old cartoon. I was always enamored with the Man of Steel. I had pajamas, a punching bag, and other various memorabilia. A lot of people dislike Superman, but he always has a fan in me. lol

There are a lot of classic musical scores throughout the history of theater. What are some of your favorites? Imperial March will always be my favorite. It always had a sense of triumphant might and power. It really set the tone for Imperial Fleet scenes. I've always loved the Superman theme... what do you know? John Williams again! lol. The dude really knows how to set the emotional tone with his sound tracks

After years of rumors, the fourth installment of Jurassic Park has been officially announced to hit theaters June 13, 2014. No details on a director or on the plot. Steven Spielberg will direct the film that is believed to be in the writing process under Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver. Jaffa and Silver are best know for penning Rise of the Planet of the Apes. This should cautiously excite fans and give them something to look forward to after the 3D release of the original 1993 film due out April 5th of this year. This is true... I remember as a child, my visits to the doctor rarely concluded with a Rx. Unless I was very sick and needed penicillin, I was always told to get some rest and drink plenty of fluids... maybe basic Tylenol or Dimetapp was recommended. I guess a doctor would be viewed as lazy or non caring if the said something like that these days. People want bang for their buck and are conditioned to want pills, not advice.

Interesting. I never really bothered with laser sights in BF3 becasue I always felt it gave my position away. I always run stealth class in any FPS I can. I run suppressors on all my guns on BF3.

Well said. When it comes to Sandy Hook, its overlooked how careless the parent was. You have a mentally disturbed kid, that you had behavioral issues with... why would you even ponder leaving unsecured firearms in your house?! Thats irresponsible on so many levels. The mental health issue is a massive problem in our nation. Sometimes I wonder if all the weird shit you cant even pronounce on the ingredient label of your food has something to do with it. As a younger fellow I don't remember metal health being such a large issue... and I don't believe it was because it wasn't being correctly diagnosed. Don't get me wrong, misdiagnosing someone generically with the "crazies" was indeed an issue up until very recently, but the rise of mental illness and even cancers are linked to the things we consume partially. Hell, they just linked diet soft drinks to depression... http://www.usnews.com/news/articles/2013/01/09/nih-study-links-soda-with-depression
