    Meh to this season. And whats with the commercial breaks, especially 5 minutes before the end of the ep? I've read they were transitioning showrunners over this season, flipping half the staff... it definitely was felt. The second half was better than the first, but overall they could have done better.     Umm what? Don't waste your time with Burst Angel. They wait until the last 8 eps to give character background, the last 4 for some type of plot, the "grand finale" happens in the last 8 minutes, and the ending makes no logical sense. Had potential and fell very short.

      Yeah, if it does't have adult themes its a damn vampire anime. I'm really getting tired of those. I've just about run out of things on Netflix to watch that aren't vampire animes, I've been avoiding them because I'm so worn out on it.

    I love my HTC One, The camera is kinda lacking with its whole "ultrapixel" gimmick, but the screen and sound is astonishing.

    Hollywood doesn't get it. They have to change everything. Thats why they threw a hissy fit when Microsoft put their foot down on the direction of a Halo movie, and thus one was never made, because MS told them to shove it with their crappy ideas on how they'd adapt the story to the big screen. Probably the best decision Microsoft ever made.

    Mentioning LaBeouf made me vomit. I don't understand why you'd shoot for below R. Its an R rated anime, and those of us who were introduced to anime through this film should be the target audience, We are all well into our 20-40s. We didn't have Toonami, and all the outlets kids have these days for anime, a lot of them wouldn't be able to tell you what Akira is... nothing in the story should really call for a young target audience. It will flop because you're gonna piss the fans off, and the people they are trying to target, have no clue wtf Akira is.

    I don't think they can pull this off unless they can pull some little known good actors that will accept crap for pay, and still be able to muster enough of the budget for CG. Honestly, you only need CG for Tetsuo, The bike can be built, and sets could be made adequately. Its amazing how CG is more expensive than actual props now, and yet it cheapens the feel at times. The issue really isn't the visual aspect, its if they will butcher the story and westernize it.

    Warner Brothers is continuing its effort for a live action Akira film. They have reduced the budget leaving many to question how they would tribute the anime's final scenes without laughable syfy channel movie CG. However, in the aftermath of this summer's box office cluster bomb, its hard to blame WB for cutting the once $180 million production price tag.     I have this in my amazon cart, It was $4 when they first got it, now its $11. I wish I didn't hesitate. Ever since the first trailer I felt that I must see this film.

    Well I never had the HD package, DVR, or premium channels.... unless you unplugged the box and connected your TV directly to the cable socket like the old days. You'd get all the local channels and a few of the cable channels in HD. My TV you can save channels as favorites, So I wouldn't have to memorize channel 15.24 and what not without a box. However, My bill never increased. It just fluctuated by $10 month to month. Never switch to satellite unless you rarely get rain.. Every friend I knew that had Direct TV or Dish could barely watch TV during inclement weather. I dunno how it does during snow.
