    Sony is probably going to make it at the developers discretion... which would mean that most of next gen games will require an online connection... its console DRM. MS isn't the only one that hates Gamestop... As many times as I've said it. I think we'll be seeing Steam like structuring on consoles. People that bitch about used games are more about those they barrow from friends.... because if you're really upset you can't go buy a used game at gamestop, you need a reality check... unless the game is over 2 years old, its not going to be much cheaper than a brand new copy... Gamestop will give you $5-12 and turn around and sell it for $30-40. I laugh when they've asked me if I'd rather save $5 and get a used copy... I might as well pay all $50.

    Yeah... people dont play the objective as much as they should. generally when other players find people like us that do, they want to friend them . On Xbox the squad match making is messed up to where its always just me and a friend.. hardly anyone ever joins our squad.. so our 2 man team will get ace squad most of the time... its pretty funny and pathetic at the same time... I think I have 2-3 Ace Squad medals.

    Yeah Console server admins are mostly douches... so I try to find no rules servers or dice servers....otherwise you end up with survers banning every single weapon they get killed by the most like the DOA, USAS-12, or any shotgun really. They especially ban them on CQC maps where they are the most useful.

    Tanks didn't make COD a better game! They werent on every map... and it took like 5-6 RPGs to take them out... and you still only had 2 rockets back then... they were SUPER overpowered. If they bring back Stopping Power.. ill pick it up for sure... that or bring back the map "Pipeline".

    We'll all have PS4... I'll have to show you why my PC BF name is C4atTheDoor .. I hope a freakin' Mic is included this time around... Even thought I'll probably invest in some wicked Turtle Beaches... the COD experience is amazing with some Turtles.. I dunno if I could ever use the TV speakers again.

    If its like XBL on 360.... its worth it to me. I remember waiting 10 minutes just to join a match on Twisted Metal, and my friend in my party didn't get in.. we could never get int he same game on PS3... that's just not going to work. I think Sony took a good hard look at XBL compared to their network this gen... if they copied it heavily there is no shame in that. lol. I don't remember what invites are like on PS3, but they are relatively simple to accept on XBL.

    Cheaters aren't quite as bad in BF3 because the server admin will generally kick them out. But someone with an aim bot and infinite ammo is annoying as crap.. I remember one guy that was on our team, he had an LMG just spraying like crazy... it never ended.. and the way he was jerking around it was apparent he had a aim bot program... we just kept getting in front of him with tact lights and blocking all his bullets while blinding him. He kept trying to run away from us but to no avail!

    Nintendo got too cute and look at them.. the Wii was a hardware success and a software disaster... and it carried over to the Wii U. Gamers want games.... Xbox might be trying to do too much.... You really can't rely on COD to carry your console. Bungie showing up to both of Sony's pressers and being absent at MS's event speaks volumes. If DICE shows that PS will be getting everything first for BF4 AND support 64 player battles... I might be sold... because I'd assume that DICE's Battlefront game will have the same thing.

    I use Humble Bundles for single player games I was interested in, but I wasn't going to pay $60 for 2-3 days of entertainment. Most of those games are over a year old. As I only buy 2-5 games a year that are mostly mutliplayer, the console suits my needs for that along with being a blu-ray player and netflix device. This game looks like a more serious and futuristic borderlands. It really has me intrigued with the ever changing non ending environment... and the supposed changes to the universe caused by the actions of the community as a whole. For me its one of those revolutionary ideas like Twisted Metal was when it came out... taking cars off a predetermined race track and loading them up with weaponry. lol

    PS Plus wont be on the PS4, They'll be using their new online service PS World. Which was apparently modeled off of XBL. Unless I've missed it, they still haven't announced that you wont need it to play online... just a thought. Since everyone is use to playing for free on PSN's subpar matchmaking, its something they definitely can go without mentioning and let people assume it will be the same online structure. I'm kinda leaning PS4 right now mostly because all my friends plan on getting it. I don't have much use for an Xbox One with no one to co-op with. Paying the service wont bother me... but I'd imagine it would piss off a lot of people.

    If its using the MW3 engine I'll pass. No amount of shiny graphics can polish that turd. The only way that can be fixed is by bringing back Stopping Power.

    Take a look at this Trailer for Destiny: While the action is all CGI, we will see actual gameplay during the June 10th unveil of the PS4's look.. You have to wonder whats going on between Bungie and MS... This will be the second PS4 presser and Bungie will have shown up for both. Perhaps they didn't want to "compete" with Infinity Ward even though they are both under the Activision Brand. While I believe it will be on the Xbox One by association that it will be on the 360, I wonder if PS4 scored timed exclusive extras ala BF3 on PS3. Wonder if there is a bit more to when Bungie split from MS. This will be one of those rare, major triple A non-exclusives that will be on consoles and not on PC. That is also interesting.     I'd really like to see MS adopt a Steam like system since they seemingly are not going to support used games... Console digital bundles and "Steam-like" Sales will destroy gamestop. I dont mind waiting a year to pick 3 games up for $5-10 packaged together.
