  1. Spec Ops the line is outstanding. It's a huge mindfuck.
  2. Its a long watch, but its really good. He ties in a lot of GW1 stuff for possible story lines.
  3. With Gliding and the speed of DD, I cleared Lornar's Pass in under 40 min. Wow... so painless. XD

      I use my druid exclusively for open world farming now because of that. My maelstrom runs are so much more efficient.

      I did PAC TT tonight and we actually got a TTS record for decap. I got me a new TS emblem. ^_^

  4. I've gotten one dupe legendary skin in which I was given currency for. Their system is way better than Blops in which I was getting dupes more than 40% of the time. I bought 10 boxes just to see and that is where I got one duplicate. So out of 35 boxes I've received 1 dupe. I have only received 2 legendary skins for Zarya and Junkrat on the flipside of that. I get mostly voice lines, emotes, and sprays. Sprays are the most common since there are a ton of them.

  6. Legendary GS Lay-Infused Caladbolg. To restore the broken Caladbolg we will take you on a legendary journey. Complete the PS as a sylvari character, complete LWS2 and 3, complete HoT, cap every fort in WvW, beat every fractal and dungeon, finish all JP, obtain gold on all adventures, and find all diving goggles.
  7. Cool... but it Sunrise... not Caladbolg. Odd that WP would get this wrong..... but if this means broken Calabolg can turn into a Green legendary GS, I'll feak.
  8. Finally made it to 25. I'll try some competitive later in the next few days. I can't wait til they implement no hero stacking. Unless a pug team indicates they want to joke around with 6 of the same heroes, I hate when someone picks who I am after I do... especially when I swap off of them and then they do the same. I'll probably play competitive exclusively if I get matched up good. I played with a friend last night and we had some epic matches... there was one escort where every check point was overtime for us and we pushed it through for the win. I had an epic flank with Tracer while he aggroed with Winston for the final push. I wish I would have saved it, but I did save an epic Reaper match tonight where I got 2 near full team wipes with his death blossom. What made it feel great was that it was attack on Volskya Industries and my final death blossom cleared them out for the win after a Lucio foolishly tried to 1v1 CQC me to top off my ult meter. What made it even more sweet is that we didn't even let them cap the first point on defense the match prior so they were itching for revenge with a max cheese team comp of Torb, Bastion, Zarya, Lucio, Phara, and Mei. I'll try to upload it sometime this week. I'm starting to feel like Torb's turrets are less effective now that people know how to take them down. if the tank can grab its attention, someone else can take it out really fast. I've decreased my usage of him becasue of this. There are a few sweet spots that are highly effective. One of them is on Kings Row at the final touch pad. I single handedly kept my team in it for the win by shutting down Reaper's death blossom twice, and Phara once. I'm enjoying Junkrat a lot more now that I ever did. I'm still pretty shit at hitting targets right in front of me, but I am a pro with that L1 bomb. Plus I'm widow's worst nightmare when shes up in a window. I can spam and it only takes 2 AoEs to kill her. Speaking off shits and giggles 6 hero stacks. I played against a team that tried to be cute using 6 Meis the first round (which failed horribly), and then 6 Reinhardts the following two. They almost beat us if I wouldn't have swapped to bastion and tore up all their shields as they came in. None of them waited on each other so as they staggered in one by one they're shields met their doom.
  9. After steamrolling with D.VA tonight, I can't wait for her buffs. The shield toggle is gonna be amazing along with not dying from you're own ult. This will negate the need to boost and release. You can actually stay on point and cap. They are huge QoL improvements without increasing her damage and range.
  10. The sound is beautiful and it looks beautiful. But this is on easy for cringe-worthy showmanship. No one plays like that, and on a harder diffculty he would have been massacred aiming that slow. They skipped the most difficult part of the mission because they didn't want to show you taking a lot of hits and grenade indicators everywhere... but whatever. Definitely one of the most iconic opening missions to any game.
  11. Because people care about their W/L ratio too much It even happens in Overwatch... People leave after 1 loss. Generally the winning team stays together and keeps wiping the floor with the team that keeps getting reshuffled with new people... sometimes someone on the winning team will get swapped over, and they'll leave before the match starts. Except for me.... I'll get in on a good pub, win 1-2 time and then get put on the other team and lose 5 straight... Or 1 person will leave causing the server to determine that there isn't "enough players" and it will queue without starting a match until it gives up and reinstances you. It happens on every competitive game ever, and its really stupid.

  13. Play of the game wouldn't dictate who people pick since 90% of the time is Torb running around while his turret gets kills or Hanzo shooting his ult at a wall. This is going to be the most popular support character hands down, bar none. you can support from long distance, snipe, stop ults, and stop enemies from healing. I bet she's pretty OP right now on the test server while they balance her out. That buff on Tracer, Junkrat or Reaper would be devastating. Competitive play is going to put an end to hero stacking, which is a good thing. Quickplay can still have 6 bastions, but funny stuff like that doesn't belong on competitive, because some of the maps are imbalanced to allow certain hero stacking to completely dominate. Lucio's play time will probably get hurt more than Mercy's. Mercy's ult rez is still the most valuable ult in the game, and its neat how Ana's ult has an offensive twist.
  14. Operations is probably DICE's answer to the 300% ticket servers. But balancing will have to have a lot of work. Instead of rebalance, they need to make some code priority to just funnel people in first. Otherwise more people will leave if they get swapped to the other team. If you can see the last map behind you. I'm speculating that it will be a 3 map set up and the chains will always be the same. I say this because of the spawn screen. Its basically a map in itself with borders and whatnot. I want this to be true, because if I'm right, there is the possibility for custom servers to go even further than a 300% ticket match. There could be a rule where you must push the other team to their map and win. With 3 maps, the western map would belong to team 1, and team two would have the eastern map. The middle map would be a battle ground to advance to the other team's map. Under normal rules, it would be best of 3, but if there is a setting to make it endless until someone is victorious by winning on the map that advances past the middle map, you could have 5-6 hour battles. XD.

  17. I'm looking forward to seeing how the sniping actually feels. If the drag and drop is anything like the Cycler Rifle in battlefront, people are gonna get ill with me. A friend and myself started drag scoping people at close range with it as a joke when we got bored with the game. We actually pulled off positive records all the while laughing hysterically because of how bad the CR was. I'd stay its scope is about what the sharpshooters is in magnification.
  18. It's def going to be the most stable of the bunch with such a small mag. It will be interesting to see if they split the variants between its fast and slow fire mode.
  19. I want to watch it, but I don't see how people can say it's the most amazing thing they've ever seen. It's a parody, and he always wins with 1 punch. Seems like it would get boring after a while since he's so bored with it.
  20. I don't think they should nerf the 100% insta-heal when there is 100% dmg body shots. Thats the trade off. Take out the medic first. If they do any changes they could make the animation longer to revive. Everything is faster in this game... melee kills are damn near instantaneous. I saw that 2 hatchet hits from the front or size is a kill and it only takes 2 seconds to pull it off. On another note, I saw the BAR on the leaked weapons list.... I'll be grinding support for that bad boy... screw the lewis gun everyone is gushing over. I have a feeling I'll be favoring a lot of John Browning's stuff in this game.
  21. I remember seeing speculated that the rocket gun could only be used in prone before any videos and I noticed in every video its been used prone. The Bayonet charge through the door is awesome and so is the tank spitting out med packs. I'll def be using the sharpshooter scope rather than the marksman to avoid the glint.

  23. I've seen the disparity the SMGs present. Their TTK is MW2 like at 10m or less and becomes halo-esque TTK after that. Assault is a tank buster, cqc room clearer first and foremost. They're no longer the god tier class, but they have a big place in the game still. I'm loving this class rebalance. Assault and support caps, medics keep people alive and do a bit of both medium off point engagements and cap, recon clears the area for assault to cap and takes out whom ever support has suppressed.
