I don't know how but they do look like they have feelings for one another. Usually Sesshomaru doesn't take anyones advice but to travel with that person he's go to like them. that's what happens with Kagura. she evens comes to look for him and leaves messages to Jaken.

Besides Koga i prefer Seshomaru than Kagura because i seen the later episodes and her and sesshomaru spend more thime together. Trying to find a way to kill Naraku even Jaken notices.
