Shit, this guy's not only cool, but he's also uber powerful! Luffy was shitting bricks those first few moments when he started battling him in Loguetown (I think) ... I haven't read the manga, so I dunno if he gets to battle him again or in the series (come only till 85 in the Baraque Works arc). Could he be an adversary Luffy couldn't beat so far in the series, provided nobody interrupted his fight?

The more infringement or addition of rules and regulations is only going to irk the public more and more, and spark a rebellious attitude towards it as well. It's like saying 'if there're rules, they are to be broken' ya know ... I can see how college kids ARE going to find it even cooler to smoke in their cars with the restriction on, than regularly.

Yup layer yourself a lot, no matter how funny it looks because it really helps in the long run. Some people catch colds that last months >_> goku, how often is your area/state hit by ice storms? Is it normal to lose power during those?
