Crash

I blame winter. Its natural instinct to put on calories to stay warm.. at least thats my excuse when I binge eat.

Nah. We can still blame biology. I read an article months ago talking about how even people near the equator will still eat more calories in preparation for winter even when its not necessary. Its one of those natural instincts humans have. *eats more snack food while typing this*
