you might be grinding your teeth in your sleep. they sell night mouth guards at drug stores and pharmacies. it helps cushion your teeth and hopefully relieves the pain =/ if it doesnt clear up in another couple of days, id suggest going to see the dentist just in case its something he can help with

i exercise a lot i think. especially at work once a week when the truck comes in. lifting and carrying boxes into the store, then seperating all of them into aisles (more lifting and carrying) and stocking the shelves (bending down and standing back up). other than that we dont do a lot strenuous work.
