It looks like this movie will have Green Goblin, Electro and a robotic looking Rhino all teaming up together to take out Spider-Man. I don't see how Spider-Man will stand a chance against all these enemies considering how he was portrayed in the first film. This movie doesn't seem to pay homage to any of the comic canon either. -

Finally watched this movie and I didn't like it. I never cared for the childish behavior version of spider-man. He felt too immature to me, looked a bit too childish and Emma Stone's character looked noticeably older than him IMO for two people that were supposed to be about the same age. Spider-Man seemed to be much weaker than his incarnation in the Sam Raimi movies too. Overall I'm not impressed and I'm surprised its getting a sequel.

This series actually sounds like it'll be more similar to that older spider-man cartoon (1994) that actually had cross-overs in it. Now that was a good series.

The little video clip in the top right makes spider-man look like he has the body of a 9 year old. It might be interesting to see how they do venom in the series tho. But still, he looks a bit too kiddish for me.
